Hi this place is a heaven for animals, the staff are the most friendliest I’ve ever met considering it’s my first time going to vets, the front team are the most hospitable and welcoming, big thank you to Dan and Daisy, the team at chilworth including Andre, Mario and the others that aren’t named their work does not go unnoticed and if anyone has any pets in need of a vet rest assured chilworth Veterinary surgery is the number 1 place I’d recommend always. Our koko a Bombay kitten who broke her paw had no chances left of saving it, however chilworth veterinary surgery has done the impossible and saved kokos right paw and is now back to her playful, chaotic self. Big thank you’s and will never forget this amazing experience

Really happy with the care and treatment all my dogs have received from Chilworth veterinary surgery. Andrei has been incredibly thorough managing an issue my elderly dog has had without the need for anything invasive. He also made him feel as relaxed as possible during visits and nothing has been too much trouble. Knowing that such great care is available 24/7 should we need it, gives me peace of mind. There are very few veterinary practices that now provide this in-house. I applaud them for doing things differently and have every confidence in them!

My little pug felt very poorly in the middle of the night. We were incredibly worried and called chilworth vets. Within 15/20 mins we met Mario where he checked over my dog right away and made her feel calm and safe. They kept her over night, when we picked her up she was calm and seemed herself again! Since she is now being medicated and the staff are straight on the phone with additional support anytime we call. Brilliant, friendly staff and the clinic is spotless and the kennels are in excellent condition! Best vets in southampton!

Adelaide Vets were recommended to me in 2018 by a friend who has used them for years for all her pets. I am so glad that I took her advice. Everyone from the Reception team to the Vets themselves, is absolutely lovely. They are all so friendly and professional and genuinely care about my little dog, Flo. I especially want to mention Cassidy, who is a relatively new Vet to the practice. What a lovely person she is and especially good at administering injections! It usually takes me, the Vet and at least one Vet Nurse to hold Flo still as she is such a wriggler but Cassidy managed it in seconds! 5 star rating for a fabulous service! Well done Adelaide 😊

I cannot recommend Adelaide Veterinary Centre enough. They have looked after my dogs Eddie and Sammie since they were puppies. They are always at the end of the phone if you have concerns about your fur baby. I have visited Adelaide many times over the last 4 years and every visit has been a positive one, always ready to give very good advice.

Adelaide Vets always look after our pets amazingly. All the staff are caring and professional. Scott went above and beyond looking after our dog when he needed major surgery. He provided a really personal service and Artie recovered well without complications.

I highly recommend Adelaide. My family has been customers of Adelaide for well over 30 years and we have seen vets, and other staff, come and go. What remains the same is the level of care and professionalism we receive for our pets. Every member of staff is incredibly kind and caring. Having not long moved to the area, today was my first visit to the practice and I must say it was the best veterinary clinic visit I've ever experienced, in all the years I've owned my dog. I felt listened to and my concerns addressed, with an appropriate course of action, with follow-up steps provided if necessary. Outstanding service! Where do I start with this amazing practise. On the first day of our holiday one of our dogs injured his foot, we phoned around the different vets and from first call with Fernhill, we felt instantly like we were in the best hands. They did everything in their power to help us and our dog to get better and were very very fair on price also. We can not thank them enough for their dedication and care. Would recommend to everyone 100%.

Always polite friendly staff. The vet gave my dog a thorough examination, and then her booster vaccination. He assures me she's doing really well. She even gets a treat, which she loves. Very happy with the service I receive.

We have recently moved to Valley park and fortunate enough to have our dog registered with this fabulous vet practise. Pat and his very lovely team have been above helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with me, our dog and a couple of other issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Village Veterinary Centre to anyone looking for somewhere fab with pets.

I visited yesterday with Reggie my Cocker Spaniel because he has been head shaking and scratching for too long. We were seen by Jamie (I asked to see him when I made my appointment ) he explained exactly what he thought was bothering Reggie and put him on steroids which we hope will work and make Reggie more comfortable. Jamie takes time to talk with me and I am very impressed with the treatment.

A wonderfully warm and welcoming vets. I moved here from another reputable vets and the service is second to none. Highly recommend to anyone with a special animal in their life, you know they care.

New to the area and was looking for a vet. I chose Hampshire Vet because they are not part of a group, they have their own 24 hour care which is most important as they will know your pet. My 15 year old dog was diagnosed with a mass on his spleen and had to have the spleen removed. I cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent care prior, during and after the operation. Hopefully I will have him for a few more years. I thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

Unfortunately my poor spaniel has spent too much time at Southern Counties, thankfully they are such a caring, professional & specialist vet that each time Lola visits we know she is in such safe hands, we are constantly kept up to date with Lola's condition and welfare which helps ease the worry. Cannot recommend Southern County Vets enough!!

They took amazing care of my little dog, had a specialist consult with Ana and she had him in surgery that afternoon, he was incredibly well looked after in the days following the surgery and they have been happy to answer any emails or questions I’ve had since, he’s recovering remarkably well, extremely talented vets and great customer service. For our little fury family it’s worth the cost to be seen by true specialists

Simply put, I don’t think our English Cocker Spaniel would be here without the skill of all the staff and especially Theofanis Liatus at Southern Counties. After operating on Charlie to repair a slipped disc in the neck, we have a very happy dog with a new lease of life. Playful and importantly pain free after a horrendous episode. Theo’s skill navigated tremendous risk associated with the actual procedure on an 11 year old dog, but it had got to the point we had to give it a go. Theo came through for us and his words “He’s breathing on his own” sum up the momentous achievement Theo delivered and the fight for life left in Charlie. Forever grateful to Theo and Southern Counties. Picture of Charlie as he should be, relaxed, and recovering well!

We had our first visit, staff is very nice and friendly! Vet is amazing, everything went so smooth and quickly, he knows what he’s doing which is so important. We felt very comfortable there and our cat too:) Good parking and location. Definitely recommended🥰

Such a lovely friendly vets. My dog doesn't normally like the vet but he is fine here. All the vets are very kind to the animals. We've been in and out almost every other day over the last 2 weeks and they've always been lovely and have got to know my dog really well, which shows how much they care about the well being of the pets. Can't recommend them enough.👍😁

The vet was great with my dog as she's absolutely petrified. Diagnosed the problem within a couple of minutes and treated! Very pleased indeed

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

Christopher Carter vets have served our various dogs for 37 years and have maintained an extensive level of care, professionalism, service and empathy in all that time. The canine care plan is a great asset too.
