I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of my initial call. I only had to wait a couple of minutes in the reception area, which was great for my very anxious old dog. The vet was excellent with her, calm and confident and explained the options in a clear way. And the bill was a surprise too, in a good way.

Christopher Carter vets have served our various dogs for 37 years and have maintained an extensive level of care, professionalism, service and empathy in all that time. The canine care plan is a great asset too.

We have used Christopher Carter vets for many years with 4 different cats. Always found them to be helpful and kind, our two boys pumpkin and pickle are safe in their hands and we are glad we have them as our vets, without any hesitation I would recommend this practice and so pleased they continue to operate as Chris and sue would want.

Amazing people!!! Sometimes is really hard to call them. But with emergency they are fabulous. Always try donate some extra when I picking up flee treatment,when I am with my pupils for check up. All people in PDSA have really big hearts.

I cannot thank PDSA team enough for their excellent care looking after Bobby and operating on him to remove two cancerous tumours.. Bobby is recovering well after his surgery and fingers crossed all his cancer is gone only time will tell but hoping Bobby now has a long healthy pain free life ahead off him.. Huge big Thank you to all the team at #PDSATotton... Back home with his buddy after surgery.. and yesterday up to mischief in back garden sniffing dirt.. Also Big Thank You to Toria for taking Bobby & bringing him back home safely again..

Best service I've had for over 10yrs and would like to see people paying more donations as they really are a 5 star ⭐ service and will help any dog cat , rabbit or any other animals you need help.Always my number one choice as there's always someone there to help your per 24hrs a day. I recently found a young cat who had been abandoned by people in my street. After confirming with them that they no longer wanted him I called my vet practice. Terri asked me to bring him to the practice where he was checked and i then got a call within the day to say he was being adopted and now has a forever home with love. Not the best start in life for this beautiful boy bit the story ends well. Thank you so much to all at the practice there is a good reason I have trusted you with my cat for 16 years Amazing team 👏

Me and my partner booked in our cat with Becky the receptionist at chandlers ford. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She booked us in to brook house where rebecca the nurse was brilliant, so helpful and really wonderful with our cat sapphire. Would really recommend the excellent service. 10/10

Took my kitten here for a check up before her spay, reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Vet that I saw explained everything I could have asked, made sure my cat felt comfortable and ensured I knew everything I could before the procedure. Booked in for just over a week later, very impressed!

I took my cat there, and even though I was late as I'm new to the area and got lost , they dident make me feel bad we went strait in, the vet was really good she new roughly what was wrong with her as she hasn't had test bust gave her what she needed and it wasn't over price, I always took my cats to pets at home with are over priced and not as good, I'm takeing her back next month and hopefully I'll see the same vet,

Brilliant staff who are very accommodating to even the fussiest of pets. My dog is absolutely terrified by the vet to the point that he is shaking just from the car journey since he knows the roads near the vet. The vets are brilliant and will come and treat him in the car. They have given him treatments that have massively improved his quality of life and don't push anything unnecessary on you. Highly recommend!

This veterinary surgery is the best I have ever been to. They genuinely care about the animals they treat and did everything they could to make my dear Gizmo better. They also were very supportive, thightful and empathetic to myself, along with treating him with utmost care and respect. This is how i wish all vets were.

We'd like to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to the staff of the clinic, for looking after our Ukrainian, white, long-haired cat Ticha. Special thanks goes to Dr. Amy Macklin and Dr. Amie Nugent. The incurable diagnosis of "kidney failure" came as a shock to us, as Ticha was a completely healthy cat whilst in Ukraine. Undoubtedly, the stress from the explosions and then - long time of unsettlement by the move to the UK, must have left an imprint on his health. Both Dr. Amy and then Dr. Amie, selected the right supportive therapy and constantly provided us with all the necessary consultations that supported Ticha's normal life. Inevitably, the disease took its toll, Ticha's condition deteriorated suddenly and he could not live to see his 14th birthday one month time. Despite our huge loss - we are very grateful to two professional doctors who gave us an extra year and 9 months of happiness with Ticha. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts! Ticha's family 🇺🇦.

I had an excellent experience with this vets. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The vet who tended to Koko was exceptionally kind and gentle. He handled her with great care and made sure she felt comfortable and at ease. It is evident that Koko is in good hands, and I truly appreciate the compassionate treatment she received. I highly recommend this surgery.

I've been with this vet practice for a few years now and since day 1 both the vet team and reception staff have been very warm, understanding, kind and attentive to my pets needs. The vets have always been lovely and happy to answer any questions and I even got a follow up call about my pet to see how he is doing the following day. Every vet I've seen here is passionate about animals and has treated my pets like they were their own.

Despite the other reviews, I have never had a problem here. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, the vets we have met have always offered great care, and the prices are quite affordable (for a vet). Thank you for all the amazing work you do.

My two Cavaliers attended for their annual vaccinations this morning. Staff were welcoming and professional as always. The Vet gave them both a full check up and discussed my concerns about their health, what I need to look out for and the future options available. The notes on the screen were clearly detailed as the vet read their health histories. The knowledge shared was research based & applicable to my dogs. There were informative suggestions & no hard sell. The surgery provided a 'pet remedy' to spray on a supplied mat which helped to calm my excitable dogs. One of them actually lay down resting on it whilst the other was being checked over! As expected, we received thorough profession care today in a pet friendly environment. This is why this I have chosen this practice to care for my dogs throughout their lives. I continue to recommend them highly.

I alway bring my two chihuahua to the vets, they are always welcome and friendly. They really good at keeping my dogs calm and when ever I ask for advice they willing to give it to. My two dogs are on the puppy plan and the cost is really good. Thank you, Teddy and Alfie and chantelle.
