I get so nervous about going to garages with car problems as I don't have a clue what I'm on about. But I can honestly say I felt so comfortable coming here. You get welcomed by some very lovely ladies on reception and some friendly dogs. They keep you updated on what's happening, they won't carry out any work until they have priced it up and checked you are happy to go ahead. And they even gave me a courtesy car to use at no charge. Great service and friendly staff. Garage rang me at every stage when diagnosing an intermittent fault to ask how I wanted to proceed, and an accurate estimation of costs for each stage.
