I recently had my van repaired at Pond street garage, Paul and his staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Paul took the time to explain the work needed in detail and gave me an estimated 'worst case' price for the work. The final cost was consideribaly cheaper as Paul managed to fix the fault without replacing expensive parts and passing the savings back to me. I highly recommend Pond street for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy garage.

Absolutely fantastic!! Paul and Kieron are so friendly and patient, especially as I am hopeless at trying to explain what the problem is with my car. They soon put me at ease and were able to diagnose and repair my car. I was at a total loss when my long time garage mechanic retired, I had been going to him for nearly 30 years and I had no idea where to turn but luckily for me, my car decided to play up outside pond street garage so I went in there in quite a panic but Paul calmed me down and got me back on the road. Unfortunately for the 2 gents, they are now stuck with me 😊. I cannot recommend Pond Street Garage enough, excellent mechanics and very fairly priced.

Fabulous garage with very experienced and friendly mechanics. Paul is a brilliant guy, he knows his stuff and is very fairly priced. We love how he saves or photographs the parts of our cars that he has had to replace or repair, this makes us feel confident and reassured about the work that has been carried out. Great service, checked/diagnosis and informed me off all possible outcomes good and bad. Was a fast turn around couldn’t believe when he called to say all done :) Really thankful and will always go back :)
