I've only uses KAM Servicing for my MOT but I can say that they have courteous staff, charge fair prices and provide detailed explanations - definitely recommend!

James saved not only my car but my sanity! It was late on a Saturday night and I got a flat tyre from hitting a pothole. I thankfully managed to get to the garage opposite the country market but BMW and AXA breakdown where both hopeless. Then I remembered James! A quick message and a short wait, and there he was with a replacement tyre and a the contact info for a colleague who fitted the tyre first thing Sunday morning. Absolute legend!

I was introduced to this Rightfit Autocentre by the RAC following a breakdown. they fixed it and fast. Since then I have trusted them with an MOT and some minor repairs on my beloved 30 year old Volvo. Customer service is excellent. The workmanship and knowledge are outstanding. The prices are very reasonable. I do not hesitate in giving my full recommendation.

I was stranded with a caravan at J28 on my way to a festival when my auxiliary belt went kaput. The RAC arrived and assessed that it couldn't be repaired roadside as the engine needed moving to get to the repair. He made contact with a guy he knows at this garage who said they would check they could get the part and then would do the work immediately to get me on the road. The garage got onto it straight away... bear in mind this was 4pm on Friday! They were so efficient at getting it sorted and by 5.30ish were handing me back my keys with a hug and and wishes to go and enjoy my festival. Forever grateful for your help.

I've been using rightfit for years now and they've always been top quality in terms of price and customer service! Had a few puncture repairs done whilst I was waiting for about 45 mins. Any repairs MOTs etc i've needed have been very fairly priced and done quickly. Not going to be going anywhere else for car issues! I started using them when another local mechanic would take my car in for 3-5 days before even getting back to me with any info... it was really frustrating as there was no communication from this other place! Thankfully the next time i had problems I chose rightfit and haven't gone anywhere since. The lads always keep me updated and work so fast and are very professional. I should've let you a positive review before. I'm very happy my money is going towards a local business rather than the cash grabbers at kwit fit / halfords etc!

The staff were very friendly and I felt very at ease there. They did my MOT very quickly and fixed my front spring super quick at a very reasonable price. My car runs so much better now. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!!!

Couldn’t have asked for better service. Impartial MOT service, friendly reception staff, competent mechanic and the option to watch the MOT be carried out on your vehicle via CCTV. Been for the past four years, always a pleasant experience. When you turn in from Station Road, pull in to the left just before the barrier, that's the parking area for MOTs. Leave your car in one of the bays, lock it and bring your keys with you. There's a small building in front of the bays, go through the door, there's a little corridor. Go straight through the corridor and out the other door, the reception building is right in front of you.

Just a shame insurance companies arnt as easy to deal with. *Update* Hands down great service, noticed a slight defect after the work was complete. This promptly addressed and corrected. Spot on customer service, I’ll be returning for some private work!

Fantastic , they were really friendly and helpful. I phoned to ask if i could take my car in for an mot a hour later it had been mot,d and i was picking it up an hour after dropping it off. I will definitely be stopping with new lane motors.

Big thanks to these guys , fixed my mercedes today and looked into a problem i have had with my car, they advised me from the start it would be a big job and expensive so gave me the choice of what i wanted to do. I was very happy with the work they done it was at a good price and i decided to put the big job on a back burner. Been using southwell lane garage for 3 years now and they have been first class from the start 👍

These guys are honest and helpful. Even though it was not possible for them to fix the ft tracking on my 1999 London Hackney Taxi Cab (due to lack of specialist taxi tracking gear) they still took the time to show me the problem with the taxi on the ramp and found me someone local who had the right equipment to do the job. They also found a local automatic gearbox specialist to change the ATF and filter for me. All for no charge made. Top marks from me, I will definately use them for my everyday car and my wifes car.
