We stopped by for Saturday lunch whilst we were in the area and the food and service were somewhat mixed. Between the two of us, we shared the scallops and cured monkfish for starters (both nice and well presented), the mushroom and spinach risotto (great flavour) and the lamb chops (these were dry and disappointing considering they cost £29 for two small chops) and tomato salad as a side (this was ok and probably wasn't necessary). The service was also not super attentive or warm.

What a lovely lovely place ! The atmosphere was 10/10 and cosy room and decor makes the place ! The service was beautiful and the girls working were very friendly! The food was outstanding. They made my birthday dinner beautifully ! Highly highly recommend! The scallops were incredible 👌🏼

This was our first time at Restaurant Six and it won't be our last. Menu options were terrific making it hard to choose and the food that arrived was top notch. My only negative is that we were seated in their small dining room upstairs and this is so dimly lit reading the menu and seeing what you were eating meant carefully positioning the table light.

Was going to Petersfield for a totally different reason. Surprised my partner with a spontaneous lunch time meal. Found this awesome restaurant with outstanding food. The food was fresh with quality ingredients. Anastasila was very accommodating. Go give this place a try, you wont be disappointed.

Fabulous tasting menu, each course kept getting better. The wine pairing with it was very nice. With notice they were able to adapt for my allergies and it was fabulous food. Staff were so helpful and charming. They obviously have a passion for their food. Lovely cosy setting in an old building. We will definitely be back.

It’s my second time going here and I’m really impressed. The coffee to go tastes MILES better than you’d get at Costa/Starbucks. The staff are lovely. Previously I queried how to use a moka pot and was given a full intro for it by the lady serving me (she was so patient!) and today’s employee was also very friendly. I’m enjoying the fresh coffee grounds at home too, and just really looking forward to trying more blends!

Lovely coffee house - we watched the coffee beans roasting while waiting for our lattes and bacon rolls. Lots of coffee varieties on offer, together with cakes, rolls, bubble tea etc. Brilliant 👍🏻

So this review is for my recent mail order of coffee beans - Celestial and Tiger Stripes blend. I have ordered ground in the past but we’ve now moved to grinding our own beans. Tried both these now and they are absolutely lovely. The tiger stripes in particular is gorgeous! They put commercial supermarket blends to shame and it’s a much better experience than a high st chain. The delivery was swift as well. Thank you.

I’ve been twice now and will continue to go back. I had a Thai Milk Tea the first time which was absolutely incredible. Had no idea what to expect but that has quickly become my new favourite drink! The next time, I had the iced version which was just as yummy. I drank it in seconds! Super friendly and helpful staff too, great coffee shop

Good coffee here. I just moved to the area and seeking for good coffees to make my local. This one has potential. But I still have a few more to go before I decide. Food is good and interesting options. Some sort of donought that resembles "churros" in a circle. I did not yet try that, but in my list as it looks yummy and interesting. Instead I had the croi-nut (I think that's what they are called, you know the half croissant and halt donought. This one had a lemon cream fill. Delightfully fresh, crunchie, and the filling was a good mix of sweetness and tartiness. Price I found a bit expensive, but then I saw it as worth the experience. The service was casual. Peeps behind the counter were busy doing stuff. I was acknowladged by a look and a hint of a head shake to let me know they noticed my entry. When I ordered the guy asked if I wanted it have here or take away. I did say the place was busy and that unless I sit on someone's lap it might be difficult to have here. I got an acknowledgement to my attempt to be funny. Then he said that it might be a little of a wait, but tables do turn often. Decided to have in, went outside and found an available spot from someone that just left. When I walked back in to wait for my stuff, the guy noticed me and I mentioned I found a spot outside. He just said, go and sit there. I'll find you and bring it over. He did as he said only moments later I was handed my croi-nut. Then seconds later my coffee. Outside there is not much of a view, but a petrol station, a traffic light intersection of streets, and this Absolutely wonderful very large, very leafy, very green tree. But also, the constant flow of people. I love just watching life passing by, so this is not a bad comment on location. It was enjoyable. All in all great service, great coffee, good croi-nut and a great watching of life passing by.

What a lovely cafe on the non-busy side of Ashfield train station. The savoury waffles were delicious. The waffles are filled with corn and zucchini then topped with smashed avocado, some cherry tomatoes and a soft boiled egg. The soy flat white was perfect. Go early to avoid the wait.

Saw this on TikTok and went for the recommended coffees. Didn't disappoint! Really know their coffee and have it dialled in well for my double ristretto. Place gets super busy as weekends so bit chaotic knowing who's waiting for a table and who's just waiting for takeaway, but eh - not a big deal. The food is god tier though. Had the mushrooms on toast with poached egg. Sounded ok, wasn't expecting it to be one of the nicest things I've eaten in ages. Deffo get it and see for yourself. Missis had Reuben and it was great too, and although not as good as By George in Croydon Park, it was still up there. The coffee is worth going for daily though, can also have as v60 where they recommend to. Parking was ok, right across from the cafe.

Great coffee with good crema, perfect sweetness/bitterness mix with their mochas. Brekkie Burger was very good, and the burger sauce was surprisingly spicy, but was a very welcome heat! Never had pastrami on a brekkie burger before but it works very nicely.

I am on the list of patients for this dentists, and I had a loss of a filling which was a week away from my celebratory holiday. They obliged very quickly and solved the issue. The front desk staff were helpful in arranging the appointment and the dentist did a great job on the filling. I have to admit that the expense surprised me a bit, but given my situation at the time I was happy to pay.

The reception and dentistry staff are all very friendly, kind and understanding. I am sure they are all excellent, but in my experience Jade, Shannon, Adnan, Loretta and Sammi really put you at ease. And I really appreciate their clear communication so I understand my dental health and what I need to do to support it. I feel confident that a visit to them means I’m in safe hands. Here’s two examples of their work I really appreciated. First, I was so nervous for my very first new patient consultation - but chatting with Jade really helped me feel welcome and relaxed. Honestly, that really meant a lot to me and was an excellent first impression that has lasted. And secondly, they very kindly kept my appointment even though I was running very late just before doors closed. And my wisdom tooth extraction with Adnan and Loretta went very smoothly! I felt so worried as it was my first ever major dental procedure, but I needn’t have as they took great care in their work even thought it was the last thing in the working day. I would highly recommend this practice. I find dental appointments extremely stressful, but the care, patience & compassion given by all the staff is incredible. They don’t make you feel silly for being nervous, they explain in simple terms what they’re doing & why and every single member of staff are really caring, helpful and friendly. I recently had 2 extractions (which I was dreading), but they talked me through it, listened to my concerns, helped me stay calm and made it much easier than I had anticipated. I’ve had some very difficult experiences at previous Dentists, so to find a practice where I am listened to and cared for is a real game changer for me. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

I’ve been coming to Oceana Boulevard Dentist for around 10 years now! I’ve always been an extremely nervous patient, but with each visit, I find myself feeling less and less anxious. My 8 year old daughter also goes to the same practice and absolutely loves it here. She’s had a few procedures, and we’ve never had any issues. In fact, she’s always excited to come, even for something like a tooth extraction! That’s how comfortable and at ease the team makes her feel. I think I’ve now been seen by every practitioner here, and they are all amazing—always welcoming and very friendly. The reception team is also incredible, and I truly appreciate all of you! I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you! ☺️

Lovely friendly team. Great appointment to have teeth cleaned after 3 years!! I was very nervous due to chronic pain disorder and previous bad experiences at my old dentist. Very considerate and listened to my concerns. Teeth cleaned very well with no pain at all. Very happy. Would recommend.

Georgina is the best dentist I’ve ever had, she really looked after me when I had my wisdom tooth extraction. I was in so much pain and so worried but Georgina was reassuring and painlessly removed my tooth, Whilst I held the nurses hand! Also the receptionist is very helpful too! I had an appointment with Lilly and Freya, and they are quite extraordinary. They worked on my tooth for nearly an hour, and, unbelievably, once the anaesthetic wore off, I had no discomfort nor needed any painkillers. They calmed my nerves every step of the way and made me feel extremely comfortable. I have found my new dental practice and, with confidence, can recommend them to anyone. Thank you

First impressions - couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Two months later and after six appointments - a brilliant experience. Top notch service by a dedicated professional team who give the impression of thoroughly enjoying their work and genuinely putting the interests of the patient first. Friendly smiles, and not just dental smiles, are in abundance everywhere. This is the first dental practice that has inspired me sufficiently to bother submitting a review, and I have visited several. Without hesitation, I award it five stars. Recently joined burridge dental and can only express a very positive experience. The staff were very friendly and professional. Being a nervous patient prior, Edward made me feel at ease and I can’t believe i didn’t feel the injections, I don’t know how he does that. Thanks for making me feel calm and welcome.

I have just completed my 2nd course of treatment since July,one needing an extraction and the other a crown. I needed short notice emergency appointments for both which were readily provided. The service provided by the team was excellent, and Matthew although a young dentist has provided the best dentistry I have received as an NHS patient for over 55 years. Well done and thank you.

Visited today as a family for a check up with Nitha Jose. She is so kind and really takes the time to explain things which is reassuring. She spoke to my 5 year old about her day at school to relax her and was really gentle. I can recommend this dentist especially for children or nervous adults (like me) and the practice generally. Ive not long joined this practice and I have nothing but praise, my dentist is Matthew, being a nervous patient I was very anxious at my first treatment appointment, I was very quickly reassured and was the most relaxed I've ever felt in the dentist chair, Matthew is both confident and professional in his work, a totally refreshing dental experience! I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Delicious innovative dishes in a lovely relaxed setting. My friend and I treated ourselves to the 8 course tasting menu which was actually more like 11 courses. The seafood is beautifully prepared and presented with many innovative touches. The flavours are unique and the ingredients are of the highest quality. I will definitely be back and look forward to trying the different seasonal fare. A highly creative team and the front of house staff are relaxed, welcoming and friendly. Fabulous experience. Cannot think of a better pick me up or treat to myself.

I have only given them a 5 star review simply because there wasn't any more stars available. We enjoyed everything from the moment we walked in. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the chefs coming round to serve was a nice touch. The food was exceptional. We went for the 6 course lunch. Though busy, we didn't feel rushed, and each table got the same level of high service. It's quite telling when all the overhead conversations are about the food. This is definitely a must visit/experience.

Just had a near perfect birthday lunch, here. Four course tasting menu with wine. Not cheap but truly memorable. Will return without doubt. Revisited the restaurant for our anniversary, this time for an evening meal. The food and service were once again excellent. A wonderful experience.

I was there for the first time today. We bought a house nearby and I decided to look around the area. I had a vegetarian breakfast which was amazing and very fresh. I didn't notice that you can only pay in cash, but the lady behind the counter said I could withdraw cash from a nearby ATM and pay later. I was surprised by the warmth and trust. There aren't many places like that anymore.
