Bought a transit custom. Chris and everyone there made it a great experience, very accommodating and knowledgeable. Over the moon with the quality of the service and the van is even better than it looked on the advert. If I lived closer they would be my go too service garage aswell.

Being a local around the area, have used Jackson for small wear and tear of the car but never used their services for any major work until my Jaguar XE started showing multiple warnings post sitting in our garage for over a month. I took it to Jacksons and I felt that the Quote was quite high and I would end up having a bad experience taking it to them and regret my decision but I was completely WRONG. At Jacksons they made sure that each and every problem with my car is diagnosed and rectified correctly with no stones unturned. Special appreciation for Mark and Chris who efficiently identified what the problem was and fixed it explaining each and every checks they did and how the problem was resolved. They were also quite flexible to let me drop the car to them to work on it as per my convenience and that too multiple times whenever I requested for it. Based on this experience, now I know Jacksons is the place I should head to without giving any 2nd thought for any of my car issues (I hope I won't get one :D) I would highly recommend Jacksons going forward for anyone who is looking to get their car/s fixed for any sort of simple to complex problems.
