Very friendly and speedy service. Extremely competitive prices and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Couldn't recommend highly enough. I had 2 tyres that were still ok to use and they asked if I wanted to keep them rather than buy new rather than just recycle them and charge me for 4 new ones unnecessarily. Clean and tidy and safe environment. Will come here again.

Very impressed. Even though unfortunately they were unable to resolve my issue (not their fault), they were really helpful and went above and beyond to try and help me. They didn't even charge me for what they tried! My partner uses them and has had good experiences. We are new to the area so I hadn't had the need until now, but I know where I will go in future.

Great experience. Needed my car looking at and fixing at short notice, they were able to fit it in the next working day. Dropped it off early in the morning, had the issue diagnosed and a quote provided that morning. Problem sorted at a good price and was able to pick the car up the same day. Absolutely brilliant from Mark and his team. Car had a broken gearbox, delivered it to the garage out of hours, brilliant communication and Mark couldn't do enough to find the best and cheapest solution to get me going again. Less than a week and my gearbox has been reconditioned and I'm back up and running again. Would highly recommend.

Bought a transit custom. Chris and everyone there made it a great experience, very accommodating and knowledgeable. Over the moon with the quality of the service and the van is even better than it looked on the advert. If I lived closer they would be my go too service garage aswell.

Being a local around the area, have used Jackson for small wear and tear of the car but never used their services for any major work until my Jaguar XE started showing multiple warnings post sitting in our garage for over a month. I took it to Jacksons and I felt that the Quote was quite high and I would end up having a bad experience taking it to them and regret my decision but I was completely WRONG. At Jacksons they made sure that each and every problem with my car is diagnosed and rectified correctly with no stones unturned. Special appreciation for Mark and Chris who efficiently identified what the problem was and fixed it explaining each and every checks they did and how the problem was resolved. They were also quite flexible to let me drop the car to them to work on it as per my convenience and that too multiple times whenever I requested for it. Based on this experience, now I know Jacksons is the place I should head to without giving any 2nd thought for any of my car issues (I hope I won't get one :D) I would highly recommend Jacksons going forward for anyone who is looking to get their car/s fixed for any sort of simple to complex problems.

A very friendly garage!!! I had an issue with my car, walked in to ask, if they could fit me - they very kindly say bring your car in!!!! 10mins later -they called to explain the issue!!! They are fantastic & kind and they go an extra mile to help you!!! I would not go any where else! Would highly recommend it!

Asked about a problem with my vehicle they took a look and then rectified the issue with great skill and pleasant attude 1st class help.

Took my motorbike in to Top Test for it's MOT. Unfortunately it failed for two things, but they recommended me a great local motorbike mechanic that was able to get the two problems sorted for me within 24 hours. Took it for it's retest and now it's back on the road! The MOT didn't take too long, and the staff were friendly & helpful. Cheers!

An absolutely amazing experience, from booking to MOT They booked my bike for next day MOT test on Saturday. Garage is amazingly clean tidy and organised. Staff are super friendly and service was delivered second to none. Industry needs more people like Top Test MOT Much appreciated guys.

I recently bought a brilliant SEAT Leon from this garage and I'm so pleased with it. Anthony from the sales team was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend buying from this garage.

We took our Audi TT in as we needed to fill new engine oil and on top of that the part which opens the bonnet was broken, we went to about 6 garages who refused to even look at the car last minute. But when I called up MS Auto, the lady was so polite and said that they can have a look. The mechanic did a great job and the price was very reasonable and competitive and we will definitely come back.

The Team at MS Autos did an amazing job of diagnosing and fixing my air vacuum leak on my MK4 Golf 1.8T. They were able to do this in a short amount of time with expert testing equipment for a great price and I even had a courtesy car. Very impressed and I will be taking my car here from now on.

Excellent service. Had some annoying electrical problems (two separate issues and no warning lights) on my VW. Diagnosed in two hours, regular communication about any costs or work done, and always agreed in advance. Cheers to Joanne and everyone else - got my car fixed just in time for Xmas.
