Having had 2 local washing machine engineers visit and fail to find the source of a leak it was a relief to have Pegasus plumbing do a thorough investigation and find the leak. I should have contacted them first. Also I had a new vanity unit fitted and I’m very pleased with it.

5* ! I was lift in a small mess by someone else having my old cast iron soul pipe down. Contacted BB and he was really helpful, fitted me in short notice, friendly, and did a spot on top job for me at good price too. Couldn’t be happier would definitely recommend.

I called on a sunday morning as an emergency, Mark arrived in under two hours and the problem rectified within an hour! Great service would use and recommend again.

Recently attended to replace 3 TRVs and look at a faulty toilet. The plumbers were all great and very nice. Arrived on time. Showed great flexibility working around 2 kids and a dog. Returned to fix the toilet after ordering a part. Invoiced as per agreed quote. The lady in the office is very friendly and helpful.

Our boiler packed up on Friday and TS went above and beyond to keep us updated and get things sorted. I find the negative reviews hard to believe from the experience we had. Highly recommended.

The building team and the plumbing team undertook a complicated extension project involving the construction of one building and the complete repurposing and plumbing in of another. Multiple 'TS' engineers and craftsmen were in constant attendance and every single person was dependable, highly skilled, knowledgable and professional. We are delighted with the outcome and are full of admiration for the company as a whole. Another thing which made a difference was that every person in every department, both in the office and in the field, was always a pleasure to deal with: Warm , cheerful, committed and optimistic. I was never in doubt that they genuinely cared. We love the new building and we'll always have fond memories of its construction.
