Team was hired for a complete kitchen renovation. New flooring, wall tiles and a Wren supplied kitchen including appliances were installed. My new kitchen is beautiful. They obviously take pride in their work and they left the place spotless.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. See before ( green boiler ) and after ( white boiler ) photos for reference. Francesco was polite and honest from the beginning, I called for a service on My old Potterton boiler unfortunately the flue was damaged therefore it was dangerous. Francesco sent me a very reasonable quote for a new Worcester Bosch boiler, he even managed to fit it the next day!! Thank you soo much!

We had struggled to find an emergency call out to our boiler - heat expert turned up when they said, their engineers were knowledgeable and our boiler was fixed and working once the part was obtained. They communicate using texts to keep us informed of timing of visits and also payment using Apple Pay makes life so much easier.

HeatXpert fitted our boiler last year and did a fantastic job and I subsequently recommended them to my son who also had a boiler installed in his house by Tom and his team. A few days ago a leak developed in our hearing system (not connected with the boiler installation), and HeatXpert reacted very swiftly and competently repaired the pipe with minimum of fuss and disruption. I would unreservedly recommend HeatXpert if you need a professional job at a reasonable cost and would have no hesitation in using their services again.

What a truly great service ,Service Plus has delivered. The engineer was Connor who came around on a Sunday afternoon when our boiler had broken down. He determined immediately that the problem was not the boiler but something else, and was able to return and fix it by Tuesday morning in an amazingly professional manor. Had an engineer called David come out, after failed repair of 2 other engineers. Great knowledge and amazing customer service from him. Other engineers from other company said it wasn't repairable early in the week. David diagnosed it was just the fan, ordered part and was back next day. Pretty much saved £3000 from buying a new boiler because his expertise, apparently he did his apprenticeship when he was younger just on boilers with British Gas.

I recently had Jack come to my house to fix a burst pipe, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Jack was incredibly helpful from the moment he arrived, immediately assessing the situation and explaining what needed to be done. His polite and professional manner put me at ease straight away. He worked quickly and efficiently, clearly very skilled, and he even took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I fully understood the work he was doing. Darren's is great he came and looked at the boiler of the house we were purchasing to ensure it worked properly. As it had been shut down for over a year. He then came back and fitted a shower and shower screen to the bathroom and silicone the bath in. We can not thank you enough for everything you have done for us! We will be asking him to come back to fit a new boiler in the spring. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I've had Darren and team out three times over the last two years having a new utility room plumbed in, my boiler checked over and a tap fixed. Each time they were polite, helpful and left everything tidy and in good order. Will definitely be giving them a call if i need anything else doing.
