These guys carried out a full bathroom modernisation. Can't fault anything. All knew exactly what they were doing and were on time every day until the job was done. No problems all the way through and they had no issues carrying out exactly what I wanted. Tidy all the way through the process and ensured all waste was disposed of at the end of the job. Amazing service. When water was pouring through the ceiling and light fittings because of a blockage, Mark was calm, reassuring and came round quickly. He did a thorough exploration of the problem - making sure we knew what was happening and how it be resolved. I experienced a plumbing problem the day before going away for the Christmas holiday. Kevin came out to assess the problem, and within two hours of my call, the fault was fixed.

Had to have a new temperature controller fitted as my Digistat developed a code fault. Kevin got a new controller but there was a communication fault on setup. Kevin really stuck with this problem and after alot hard work rectified the fault. This man is brilliant and would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone.

They have sorted out my ancient boiler, so happy with the new one they recommended. Its much more economical in oil and much quieter. Fantastic company, friendly, professional staff, with only praise from everyone that uses them. Highly recommended.

Returned to fix the toilet after ordering a part. Invoiced as per agreed quote. The lady in the office is very friendly and helpful.
