I recently had my heating system upgraded to a combi boiler, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Martin and Craig definitely came to my rescue. Having been left without heating or hot water for four weeks by someone else. They came to try and sort the problem out. They went above and beyond in trying to give us some hot water till they could get the new boiler in place. They were kind and courteous, clean and tidy at all times. Gave us all the relevant information so we could make the right choice for our home. A huge thank you to them both.

Andy and his team did a great job with replacing a water tank in the loft with a pressurised hot water tank, amongst other bits and bobs. Really lovely guys who do a proper job and really helpful with advice and honest opinion. So good to find such professional tradesmen.

Boiler service and a shower install a couple of months ago and both for very reasonable quotes. On the days the work was efficient, professionally done and tidy, plus they’re genuinely nice blokes which is a bonus. Both shower and boiler continue to be working perfectly and they’ve been super helpful since with advice - much appreciated and particularly while it’s freezing! Highly recommend.

After years of struggling with our heating, calling out other plumbing companies for them to all say they wouldn’t do anything due to the age of our system, we gave IRPD a try. The guys were very thorough and got on with the work straight away. Communication was very good, explaining, showing us the problem and what they were doing regularly. Cannot recommend IRPD enough!! We wont hesitate to use them again in the future. To top it all off they were very reasonably priced.
