I had an issue with a room (north facing bedroom) in my house being particularly colder than then the rest of the house. The main issue behind this was the location of the thermostat which was on the warmer side of the house, the south side. I was concerned that the fix would require an electrician moving wires and cutting a channel in a wall, not to mention paying for an electrician too. However, Todd used his years of experience to come up with cost-effective and long lasting fix. Todd recommended that we put a valve on the warmer room radiator so we could control it's temperature and then locate a wireless thermostat in the colder room. 1 hour after the fix, the cold room was at a normal room temperature and the room where the thermostat used to be, the warmer room was still at a very pleasant temperatures utilising the valve. This is still the case 6 weeks later and the temperature has gotten significantly colder outside as we head into winter. Todd's great experience and job completion within an hour was welcome as I was tight for time. The job was completed with no mess, very tidy and I have used Todd for a number of jobs. The work he does is always to the highest standard, it's very tidy very and he is personable. He cares about his customers and about the quality of the job. Todd is just a pleasure to do business with.

Incredible from start to finish. We contacted G20 to replace a sink in our kitchen. Gavin was timely in coming out to look at the work required, and the quote came shortly after for a great price. On the day, Gavin was fantastic, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently to top standards. We're so happy with the new sink and it's transformed the kitchen - I cannot recommend Gavin and G20 enough! If there's any Plumbing/Heating related work we need doing in the future, G20 will be our 'go-to'.

I had an outside tap which was running continuously and couldn’t be turned off. Gavin arrived at the time he said he would, was friendly, helpful and polite. He had the part he needed on his van so was able to complete the work within the callout period. Happy with all aspects.

I've had Gavin over for a couple of plumbing jobs and most recently with Kevin for replacement boiler and heating system flush. They both clearly know what they're doing and I'm very happy to recommend them (and will be calling on them again in future). Gavin was extremely professional and efficient. We were in a bit of a pickle, he talked us through our options, he took care of ordering our boiler for us. I cannot rate MAGNUMS of Aldershot too highly for their extremely helpful and professional service. Their knowledge of the myriad products available and guidance in the right direction was fundamental to the outstanding job they did in renovating and updating my tired bathroom. Jay’s knowledge of the product ranges is encyclopaedic and Nick the plumber worked his magic and managed to get the shower tray flat on the floor which other firms said couldn’t be done. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Magnums - they are a pleasure to deal with.

After years of struggling with our heating, calling out other plumbing companies for them to all say they wouldn’t do anything due to the age of our system, we gave IRPD a try. The guys were very thorough and got on with the work straight away. Communication was very good, explaining, showing us the problem and what they were doing regularly. Cannot recommend IRPD enough!! Boiler service and a shower install a couple of months ago and both for very reasonable quotes. On the days the work was efficient, professionally done and tidy, plus they’re genuinely nice blokes which is a bonus. Both shower and boiler continue to be working perfectly and they’ve been super helpful since with advice - much appreciated and particularly while it’s freezing! Highly recommend.

Great! Very professional and got the job done quick! We wanted a double sink in our studio basement. Helped us choose the best products that would suit our needs. One side we have a regular tap and the other a spray tap. Which is very handy for a messy ceramics studio!

I cannot recommend Rich enough. My combi-boiler stopped working unexpectedly, leaving me without hot water and central heating in winter. The issues were not straightforward, but Rich persevered and saw the job through - working around his other pre-booked appointments, and over the course of several evenings, to help as quickly and efficiently as he could. He explained all the issues in full, to ensure I was fully informed. Unfortunately for him, his hard work and kindness means he is now going to be stuck with me for any and all future heating / plumbing needs!

We used Eversafe plumbing and Heating to have a new Kitchen Sink installed (New sink and pipe work, sealed and re-tiled) and later used them again to replace our bathroom (Whole new suite and re-tiled). Excellent advice given on selecting the best products suited to our needs and very clear on the costs involved. The work was carried out to a very high standard. The plumber working on both jobs was very professional, polite and respectful of our home. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.
