Louise takes customer service to a new level and went above and beyond to ensure we got the best bathrooms. Not only did she advise on layout and fittings to make sure they were practical but also that were not spending money unnecessarily. Everything supplied was of good quality. The service did not stop once everything was ordered as Louise was always available for help, advice and support throughout.

Louise really listened to what we wanted and was full of helpful, practical and stylish advice. The showroom is excellent, well thought out and full of examples and ideas. All the staff at HPS were exceptionally helpful and efficient. We are so pleased with the finished results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HPS to anyone looking to update their bathroom.

Amazing service! We walked into HPS Aldershot with a view to revitalising our en suite bathroom and was greeted by Louise. We did have some ideas of what we wanted before we arrived. After a brief discussion and tour of the showroom, the help and guidance we received from Louise was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and after ordering, we were informed throughout the whole process. There were no issues and we now have a lovely new en suite, hassle free. We will certainly return for future works!!

Really helpful and friendly staff plus quality bathroom items. Clarissa was amazing - she even sent a design of our downstairs cloakroom within the time we left the showroom to arriving back home. Would highly recommend them!
