First class service from James, at Magnum bathrooms. He sourced and delivered a replacement thermo cartridge for a bath/shower fitted 7 years ago. He kept me informed throughout with emails and phone calls, showing great attention to detail and excellent customer service I highly recommend this family run business, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

James designed our replacement shower room and came up with an excellent arrangement turning a crampt room into a very useable space. Their knowledge of the myriad products available and guidance in the right direction was fundamental to the outstanding job they did in renovating and updating my tired bathroom. Jay’s knowledge of the product ranges is encyclopaedic and Nick the plumber worked his magic and managed to get the shower tray flat on the floor which other firms said couldn’t be done.
