Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

Had a possible boiler leak so gave a call - caught him at a lucky time and he popped straight round to have a look and give us peace of mind! Will definitely be getting him back to give the boiler a full service! Very grateful

I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job.

Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. I called Gasnier Heating and Plumbing at about 10 in the morning because my Boiler was loosing pressure, and therefore was shutting down.. Alan Gasnier arrived at about 14:00 to address the problem. All was resolved in about 45 minutes and back in working order. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and highly recommended!!.

We had a small problem with our thermostat, so glad we phoned Gasnier heating, they were quick to come round, did the repair that day, no fuss, no worries and no mess.
