Rob has installed a new boiler for us after our twenty year old unit failed. He did warn us some time ago that it was likely to become unreliable due to its age but we persevered until it died! Rob worked very hard throughout the two day job, flushing our radiators etc, making some improvements and we now have a great heating system that is reliable and very effective. He worked really hard, completed on time and left not a gram of mess anywhere. We thoroughly recommend Kenbrook and have been very pleased with them all. Diana

Kenbrook fitted a central heating system from scratch for us last October, then in January moved our bodged bathroom from the front of the house to its original home in the back. Despite the house throwing a few curve balls and there being a *lot* of issues as a result of some terrible DIY (courtesy of the previous owners), Rob, Dave and Steve did a fantastic job on both occasions. The only thing they asked for was plenty of tea and bacon sandwiches. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to the Kenbrook team, we’ll give you a ring when the kitchen is replaced! (Please note, I’m only writing this now as we wanted the bathroom to be completely finished before taking pictures)

Steve has just completed a new Wet Room for us. The work was all carried out with quality materials, skilled craftsmanship and to our exact requirements. Steve is a perfectionist and continually ensures that the client is happy at every stage of the process. All finished within agreed timescale, site cleared and cleaned and for a fair price. After considerable research and obtaining 3 quotes for my work I chose Kenbrook. I was not disappointed. The work was undertaken by Rob, one of 3 fully qualified and experienced Heating and Plumbing Engineers. Rob did an excellent job and certainly went the 'extra mile' to complete the task, working hard throughout a couple of long days, plus the 2 half days needed to finish the work. The Company have proven themselves to be very professional, knowledgeable and competent, with excellent logistical and business admin support from Michelle, always an important role for any business. Fantastic workmanship, replacing the flush system on my toilet where the cistern is housed in a unit. The top of the unit would not come off so Jamie only had the smallest of spaces to fit everything in via the upper front panel. He even re-fitted the piping to the right of the cistern so there was now a valve. Top guy and top job! The photo is how Jamie found it and the little access space he had to complete the work inside. I had a new kichen sink put in and old one removed and pipework under sink reconfigured. The guy who came was on time to the minute, really nice, professional, polite and worked in a clean and tidy way and disposing of everything that needed to be. I have used this company before and would highly recommend. Very fair price always quoted, will definitely use them again when needed.

Lee and the team have helped me a couple of times now. First to sort out the plumbing to install my dishwasher and more recently to fix my leaky shower. They have a great attention to detail and a genuine care to give good customer service. With some services I feel a bit undermined or bamboozled but Lee and the team are personable, relatable and most importantly… they always turn up and get the job done! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I needed a plumber who was experienced in handling macerators, to sort out my mother's one in her bathroom. I chose LDA because they had good feedback. Lee arranged to visit and look at the job required. He was super with my very elderly mother, reassuring her that it could all be fixed. Although the job wasn't urgent, Lee went above and beyond to get it replaced and the new one installed. It is so good to find local tradesmen, who are reliable and are good with their customers too. I rang LDA plumbing as my sink was blocked and I couldn’t clear it. He arrived quickly and did a great job getting things moving. My pipes were blocked with years of build up which he cleared and replaced without a fuss and mess. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I called Dario in a panic at the end of last year due to water marks on my kitchen ceiling. Having recently paid a different plumber to fit a new bathroom I asked Dario to take a look. He carefully went over the other plumbers handiwork and instantly found many, many ‘shortcuts’ and ‘Botched jobs’ including leaks, unstable flooring and bath, and bad fixtures. All of which would have caused more problems if left. Dario rightfully advised this needed to be stripped back and redone and gave us various options to suit the budget. Dario completed all work to a high standard within the timescale given. He was able to answer all of my (sometimes stupid) questions and gave advice on upkeep of the bathroom. He was tidy and arrived on time everyday. Previously Dario has replaced a number of old radiators in our home to optimise heating and has recently carried out a full boiler service for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Dario to friends and colleagues who are looking for plumbing services and will be calling Dario again for our next boiler service.

When a 15 minute job turns into half a day, Dario doesn't give up, and powers on through. Clean, efficient and explains everything as he goes so that I know exactly why things have been done. Also a thoroughly nice guy. Strongly recommend!
