We had struggled to find an emergency call out to our boiler - heat expert turned up when they said, their engineers were knowledgeable and our boiler was fixed and working once the part was obtained. They communicate using texts to keep us informed of timing of visits and also payment using Apple Pay makes life so much easier.

Had two boilers installed. Very professional from start to finish. Tom was very helpful sizing up and quoting, and Ben & Jack were the excellent installation team who didn’t leave until we were 100% happy.

HeatXpert fitted our boiler last year and did a fantastic job and I subsequently recommended them to my son who also had a boiler installed in his house by Tom and his team. A few days ago a leak developed in our hearing system (not connected with the boiler installation), and HeatXpert reacted very swiftly and competently repaired the pipe with minimum of fuss and disruption.
