Miguel and his team worked flat out because of impending bad weather. I am so pleased with this membrane roof covering, 56sq. m., so much better than the original felt covering which lifts with resultant leaks over time. This job has a 20 year guarantee and all done at a very reasonable price. Clearing up unwanted waste, timber and debris was exemplary MHT is fully recommended for flat roof replacement and repair.

Quote: timely, polite and the most thorough investigation of all the suppliers I talked to (went inside attic vs just looking at roof from the outside, to really understand where leak was happening and the extent of the damage). Gave me a variety of choices from very cost effective (but less likely to stand the test of time) to very thorough (but more costly but with a very long warranty). No one else gave me options and talked through what it'd mean to pick each. Work itself: completed in a day, 4 men so very speedily done. Good communication throughout the day. Aftercare: they offer a long warranty and I know I can call them back if any leaks I that area again, so feel confident in the quality of the work done!

John, Stewart and Mark were prompt, very tidy and did all that I asked of them. They resolved a problem that I thought couldn't be fixed. I had the guttering re-directed to the front of the property, disconnecting the original downpipe and discharging the rainwater to the front porch downpipe. They also replaced the piece of damaged soffit board caused by an old boiler, fitted new tile trays, 2 baskets and the spreader. It was a difficult job, and Stewart did well to get it done at all. I will use them again, very pleased with the outcome.

Gavin and his team completed a new GRP roof for our rear extension. Can't fault Gavin's knowledge and experience and quality of work. One of the key points which is often overlooked with building work at your property is the level of care and consideration given to your neighbours during the building period. Nothing but positive feedback from neighbours during and post the work, would recommend.

I called GT roofing because of condensation issues inside my attic. Gavin answered my call immediately and came the next day to assess the problem. He suggested some remedial and upgrade work and provided me with a reasonable quote straightaway. Have used Gavin on two occasions, the first time was to replace around 20 Brazilian slates on our roof. Not a job he relished as Brazilian is about the worst slate you could use! Today, Gavin’s team replaced the flashing under our 1st floor bay window where we have been having problems with water ingress. Great job carried out the day after he gave me his quote. Would definitely recommend G T Roofing.

These guys are awesome. My Cockatiel Bird escaped, ending up on the roof over the road. Called these guys, within 30minutes 3 lads turned up & had my bird down within 5minutes literally. Great company, so happy I chose them. They were quick to come out and take a look and nailed down our flat roof as a temporary measure before the works could be done. They offered a great price and came with a full team to get our roof repaired before awful weather rolled in. The guys worked hard and were really friendly. The final result looks great and they also replaced some of the felting that was falling apart!

Thoroughly professional in every aspect - Mark set out a work schedule and it all went to plan. Joel and Will were courteous and considerate and worked solidly, right through the weekend, to leave us with a lovely new weatherproof roof. And they left the site clean and tidy.
