Premlex came to our office yesterday to replace old strip light fittings with new LED panels, there has been a vast improvement on the lighting within our office. When coming to quote for the job, Trebor was knowledgeable about the regulations regarding lighting within our office. When the electrician was on site carrying out the work he did so with no fuss and very little interruption to our work. When he was finished he left everything clean and tidy. We have used Premlex several times now and would highly recommend them.

A photo of the consumer unit sent to Tim, a call back from him and sorted following his simple and clear instructions. Looking for a new electric boiler for our flat, I tried a few bigger companies and they couldn't help. T Darby Electrical were the only one who gave an immediate and exact quote, communicated promptly and did a perfect job, with our new boiler running from the minute they said it would. After not getting any responses from other local trades people, Tim and the team got straight back to me and came to take a look at the problems we had. Very professional, The install was managed professionally, health and safety a clear priority from the offset .The job progress was communicated at all times by the director Ricky. I called Mike as I had hit a cable in a wall first thing on a Sunday morning, which caused us to lose electricity to the whole house, by early afternoon he had been over, created a temporary fix to get us back up and running and promised to be over first thing in the morning to replace the damaged wire. True to his word he did just that, within an hour he and his Daughter had replaced the damaged wire. I found them both to be polite, friendly and their work to be of the highest standard. I wouldn't have any problems recommending them and will 100% be using them for any future issues we have.

Mike came and fitted a, replacement switch for my shower and came highly recommended by the local estate agent. Mike was polite and professional and replaced the switch with no problems. I'd highly recommended him as communication was good and effortless.

I had a sudden problem with various sockets and appliances not working throughout my flat. The issues were quickly identified as a faulty appliance and a separate issue with an ancient fuse box, something I knew had needed updating for a while. Mike explained everything clearly, and the first issue was dealt with, and also the fuse box made safe. Mike then returned asap to replace the fuse box with a modern consumer unit; this was in a fiddly access area, but Mike suggested a solution that made it accessible, and the result was a nice tidy job. The issues were communicated clearly, and quotes were given up front. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mike again, and I was really pleased with the service and outcome.
