Top notch service from Jack! I called with a lighting issue and Jack was over within 20 minutes on a day off. He quickly identified an issue that a previous electrician hadn't been able to and had it rectified in no time. He was very tidy and very methodical and took time to explain the cause which is great so I can look out for it in the future. Most of all a really nice guy! I have more electrical work to do and will definitely be in touch, and will highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

We needed alterations to some wiring in our kitchen/dining room and some light fittings replacing throughout the house. We contacted Jack, who was very responsive, very tidy and his work was second to none. Will definitely be using him in the future for work going forward.

Jack genuinely saved us today when we accidentally drilled through a cable and took out the sockets in the house, he came round on a Saturday immediately and was here in 20 minutes!!! and solved it for a very reasonable price. By luck we wanted a socket on the wall for the TV so Jack turned a negative into a positive and put a socket on the wall for us I highly recommend this company and will use him again in future, and check for cables better next time!

Highly recommend Jack! We needed our fuse box changed as it was very much out of date. Jack was very prompt and efficient. He was respectful, clean and tidy. We are very happy with our new updated fusebox and can sleep easy knowing everything is safe. We will 100% be asking for Jack for any more electrical work in our house in the future. Thank you!!

As the facilities manager or Britax in Andover I get any number of varied electrical based issues, from new installations to rectification of existing supply equipment. Spear have been servicing our factory now for 15 years so they must be doing something right. I have found the guys to be professional and competitive with an ability to react to the odd emergency. I was looking for an electrician to install a HIVE EV charger I had already purchased. Shem was the first person to contact me, ask me a number of questions and supply a quote. After few days of waiting for others to contact me I went with the quote he provided. It was the best decision I could have made! Communication was the best I've experienced from any trades person. I was given text updates as to when Shem would be arriving, he was polite and courteous and not only explained what he needed to do, but also asked for my opinion and any suggestions I had. The work he carried out was to an extremely high standard and in less than 3 hours the charger was ready for me to use. All the relevant paperwork was completed and authorities informed, and I have now received all the certificates required should I need to evidence the work that was carried out. I cannot recommend Shem enough!

Excellent pre-installation advice to choose the right charger. Competitive and inclusive quote with no surprise additions. Installation arranged within a week of accepting the quote.
