Rang on a Sunday morning hoping to get someone to deal with our squirrel in the loft problem, Antony answered straight away and gave us a quote over the phone and then arrived the following morning. Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. Great service! We had a wasp nest ( in fact 2 as it turned out) in a really inaccessible high up place that we thought was going to be a big and expensive problem. David responded straight away, came out and sorted it very quickly and (for him) easily. Totally solved the problem with no fuss or big expense.

Brilliant service from Simon at Vespa. Came out on a Sunday morning to sort a wasp nest out, really friendly chap who has done a brilliant job at getting rid of the wasps. Really good price as well, if you need somebody to sort wasps out this is the company you need.

Got in touch with Vespa as we had a large wasp nest under the roof slates. Vespa came and sorted it on the same day for a very reasonable price. Really professional and friendly. Would have no hesitation in using them again and would recommend them to friends and family

Fantastic service, such a lovely bloke! Was stressing thinking we had bed bugs in our caravan. Mick looked at the pictures i sent and advised they didn't look like the bugs but would come out and check for me! Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. I would definitely recommend Dean over everyone else, he came out to us the day after we rang him, not like some of the others we tried, he was very thorough with what he was going to do to with the unwelcome mice we had, he explained everything and the problem of the mice was quickly resolved. We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

We use Dean at Yorkshire Pest control to help out at one of our dental practices in Kiverton and have done for a while. He visits regularly and always responds quickly in an emergency when needed. Would happily recommend.

I thought I had a wasp nest as saw lots of wasps flying into one of the air bricks in my house. I made an online query with Direct Pest Control at around 9pm on Friday night & received a text straightaway from them saying that a member of staff will call me in the morning to arrange the call out. This happened as planned. Lee attended my property on time & he was friendly and professional. He explained that I had honey bees in the air brick & they'd go on their own accord. I was not charged for the call out and Lee did a great job putting my mind at rest.
