Amazing company! I have 2 dogs and a white carpet! (Not the greatest pair)… I would go as far to say I am embarrassed by the colour it was due to the oils from my dogs fur! After trying to clean it myself and then hiring another company to come and clean it, it was still left very dirty! The previous company took 2 hours trying to clean it with not much luck, I was made to feel scruffy and still left with a dirty carpet! I was then very reluctant to get someone else in but I’m so glad I found fresh start…. They have been amazing from start to finish. My carpet is now finally clean! The chap who came to do it was so kind and professional, never once did he make me feel bad about the state of my carpet. I also received a follow up call the next day making sure I was still happy now my carpets have dried! Excellent customer service, Excellent cleaning and Excellent price! Recently used fresh start carpet cleaners to do a much needed clean of my sofa and armchair. They did a fab job! It was really easy to book with them and they communicated well before coming so I knew what to expect. The guy turned up on time, was friendly and respectful of our home. I would recommend them to others and will use them again in the future.

Amazing service...they came out within 20 minutes and got rid of the paint on the carpet. So relieved as I don't have to make an insurance claim. For an emergency turnout I think £50 was both affordable and well worth the money. The technician took great pains to get every last spot of paint off.

Top service I got in contact with maj about doing some decorating and I was astonished how great the paint work looked immaculate to very high standard, also it was at a affordable reasonable price compared to other decorators out their charging a fortune. I honestly think it was a bit of a miracle I found Maj’s number. My mum had been taken into hospital and it gave us the opportunity of getting her house sorted and decorated before she returned. We needed a superb fast job on cleaning the house ( it was in a bad state) and redecorating many areas/rooms to get it back in good shape for her. Travelling to and from Harrogate to look after mum I needed someone I could trust with the keys and just run with the job and I couldn’t have found anyone better than Maj and his team. He kept me updated with pictures, called to check if I was happy. Added extra nice touches, bolts on outside doors, door stoppers you name it to make sure it was perfect. Offered to do all the garden so everything looked amazing for her return. Out of all the jobs we had to get done his was the only job I didn’t have to man mark and didn’t have to chase. Such a relief. In a very stressful few weeks he took the stress away and just delivered. Unbelievably wowed by his service and care for my mum. He was a god send to us. Mum loved it on her return thank you so much - can’t say thanks enough

Tim cleaned all the carpets in my house. There were multiple stains & the marking in the heavy traffic areas was horrible. l Could not believe the difference Tim's work or that it would be possible to restore high traffic areas to looking smart but Tim did it. I found this company via a local add magazine. The response to my initial enquiry was very prompt. Tim arrived on time to survey the job and provided me with a detailed overview of what was needed and explained very clearly what the process would entail. We agreed a price and a time to complete the work. On the day, he arrived on time and he delivered an excellent job. My carpets are as good as new. Very little drying time and no lingering odour. I had a teenager's bedroom with makeup stains on the carpet, which he managed to remove. I had Bright Green Cleaning back yesterday to clean my upholstery which, was again an extremely thorough job. My sofa looks as good as new. I have already recommended Tim and Bright Green to family and friends. We recently had our landing and stairs carpet cleaned, which hadn’t been done in over 5 years and were looking very grubby. Afterwards they were extremely clean, and looked much newer!! The carpets dried very quickly, and the shampoo used was chemical free with no harsh fumes (essential as my wife has asthma). Tim was very polite, and completed the job efficiently. Would definitely book him again!

OCD were very easy and professional to deal with. They sorted out a full downstairs clean of the property with excellent results and did it within 2 days of my request. I have used OCD before and will continue to use them due to their efficiency and excellence.

I asked OCD for an end-of-tenancy deep cleaning of my apartment. It was not cheap but I was not disappointed. They sent a full team and spent 5 solid hours in my apartment. I can't recommend Mop Kings highly enough. Our tenant moved out leaving the house in an absolute mess - they hadn't cleaned anything during their entire tenancy. Ben deep cleaned the entire house, leaving the pretty disgusting kitchen and bathroom looking absolutely sparkling again. We used to do the post tenancy clean ourselves but I won't even consider it now, I'm be calling Ben straight away next time.

I would highly recommend Mop Kings. Ben was super friendly and reliable. Called him on a Saturday morning (for an urgent job) for a professional clean of a tenanted apartment. He was able to go in the afternoon and spent 8 hours doing a deep and thorough clean of the property. Tenants were very happy with the work. We would definitely use Ben again.

Waine does our cleaning very early in a morning which is perfect as it is all done and dusted before any staff arrive on site.
