I used TPS plumbing many times and always received an excellent service at a good price. I especially appreciate a couple of occasions where I needed an emergency response and both times Dave dropped everything, attended the emergency and resolved it there and then.

I’ve contacted the Yorkshire Boiler Company now on 4 occasions. I needed two new boilers one at my workplace and one at home. They have been out twice to assist with the heating at both premises. They come immediately and delivered what they say they will do. On both occasions, when I needed the new Boilers i had vulnerable adults at home and at work. They put the new boilers in the following day. Their prices are fair and I would rate this company aa excellent. Thank you for your prompt work and for caring it makes a difference. Thankyou

Scott installed my boiler in late January 2019. The kitchen was being renovated, and the gas metre was being moved. I had a good quality grand piano and did not want its environment to get too cold. Scott was very accommodating and the timing of the installation of the new boiler was perfect. I realised immediately what an understanding, capable, and kind professional he is. Since the installation six years ago he has serviced the boiler annually and kept it in good repair. He is always very pleasant when he visits and very good about letting me know when he will arrive. He was very understanding when I had to call him out for the first time. He responded rapidly and was unperturbed when he discovered that I had simply failed to keep the pressure in the boiler at the appropriate level. I recently had to call him out on a weekend for a genuine repair. He visited on a Sunday in a timely fashion and began work. A part was required, and he dealt as quickly as possible and very efficiently with its acquisition. I am very fortunate that I am able to depend on Scott to ensure that my house and water supply remain warm.

Discovered an overflowing soil drain and toilets not flushing, rang drain jet on a Sunday night, left a message. Received a response within 10 minutes and the problem was resolved the next morning, took around 30 minutes. Our waste drains were completely blocked, Pete did a superb job and explained everything. Superb service and a great price.

When we spotted our driveway sewer cover lifting due to a blockage with the in-laws arriving in less than 2 days, panic! Luckily a quick call to Drain jet and within the hour their van arrived to sort the issue. An hour or so later the problem was solved, thanks to Peter! The price was good, especially considering it was an emergency call. Peter explained everything well and advised us who's responsibility the different parts of the pipes were from our property, next door and to the road. Thanks again Drain Jet!

I called Drain Jet after finding them on Check-a-trade and I'm so glad I did. Spoke to Spencer and booked in for the same week. I had an issue as to whether there was a connection to a drain. He came out, checked it fully, was polite, knowledgeable and put me at ease to know all was fine. Reasonably priced for the work done. Would highly recommend Drain Jet for any work they offer. 5* and super impressive!

Wow! Thank you for saving us! The pipe connected to the expansion tank corroded badly and leaked flooding my bathroom on the floor below the water tank. John was the first plumber that answered my husband's calls out of 4 who claimed to be 24/7 and never got back to us. This was on Sunday evening. Not only that, I tried John on separate line not knowing hubby was already calling him and he called me back straight away. The next day John arrived promptly after mid-day and installed a brand new pipe. All good and in great shape! The price was very reasonable. So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

Peter recently replaced a central heating pump at my mother's house in Leeds. I was super impressed because we thought much more work would be necessary and he down-scaled the work to just the part we needed and did it straight away at a reasonable price. He also threw in a couple of side jobs while he was here and instructed me how to do some optional work that he could otherwise charge for. He also stuck around and worked through difficult circumstances so as not to leave my mother without heat overnight. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you Peter.

Peter has been doing my boiler servicing and plumbing for a number of years now and I can't recommend him highly enough. When faced with issues within the job he really does go to great lengths to fix them. I had a completely inaccessible kitchen tap that needed replacing. Somehow, he managed to complete the job where others would have long thrown in the towel. He really does things properly with so much skill and experience. On top of this he is a really lovely, no-nonsense guy. He is also very reasonable. Much gratitude to you Peter.

We have used Peter's services several times in the maintenance of our old boiler and the installation of our new cylinder today. Peter has always provided an efficient and friendly service and went above and beyond to ensure we had a new boiler the following day in an emergency situation in which our old boiler had failed. Peter sourced and installed this on the same day without a second pair of hands, having this completed in time to have hot water that afternoon. We will certainly be using him as our go-to plumber long into the future!

We recently had a complete boiler and central heating system installed by Blays Plumbing and Heating. From removal of the old system to installing all new pipes, radiators and relocating the new boiler, we received truly outstanding service. They turned up when they said they would. All work was incredibly neat, tidy and cleaned up everyday. The pipework is first class and everything finished off to a really high standard. We received well above 5 star service and highly recommend them.

Awoke to a pretty serious leak on my combi-boiler. Mr Bley was round in about 10 minutes as promised, had a spare block in his van, fitted, cleaned up after himself, sucked 1/2 a gallon of water out of the carpet and off He went around 2 hours later. Excellent response and excellent service and, for a Saturday callout, very reasonable prices indeed. Cannot recommend highly enough. He's my Heating Engineer of choice henceforth 👍👍👍👍👍

Micheal and Griff came out to replace macerator on the back of the toilet cistern rang them late Sunday and they arrived Monday afternoon. They managed to squeeze the job in-between jobs as it was the only toilet in the house. They were very professional and very competitive with their pricing. The job was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Leeds area

Palm Yorkshire fit a new electrical boiler into my Mill conversion annex - which previously had a very worn old and large boiler installed. They gave me all the options available for a building of my size and capabilities with their best suggested energy efficiency boiler. They never pressurised me and both Paul's were phenomenal in fitting and customer care. Both pre and after care have been superb. Friendly and understandable staff, very accommodating. We needed a significant amount of work doing on a house we had just bought. Palm came recommended to us by family and on Which? Trusted Traders and their quote was also the best we'd received. Tom the electrician was exceptional. He completed a huge amount of work in 2 days, despite us being incredibly unhelpful and adding extra jobs to his list. He also apparently found time to fix our broken door lock! The admin team on the phones and email were also amazing; they were kind, friendly and incredibly patient. We will definitely use them again, and would highly recommend their services.

When every other plumber would run for the hills when they opened the picture I sent them of the sealed cistern wall mounted sealed toilet which wouldn’t flush, Bulloughs came to the rescue and took on the mammoth task. Pleased to say the toilet still flushes 1 yr on. We found Bulloughs very professional, technical and competitively priced. I would definitely recommend them.
