First time at the practice and I had a great experience. The clinic is clean, beautiful, modern and so welcoming. The staff were all so lovely and I had an appointment with the Bossman James. So kind and caring and instantly made me reassured. He was thorough, evidence based and decisive and I felt very comfortable in his confidence and care. Having a clinic myself, I can appreciate the nuances of making patients feel at ease and Langdale ticked all the boxes. Great dentist! I've been coming for 7 years, and always feel like a valued customer. James is a super dentist, and the hygienist, Gaynor, is also fantastic and keeps my gnashers tip-top! My wife broke a front tooth and was very contious about going out with a missing front tooth ,we came and was assisted by a fantastic young man called Danny he was sympathetic with my wifes dilemma and attached a tooth to her plate so she could confidently get on with life . He advised us she would lose the broken tooth and to see the dentist to have it extracted and a mold made of her plate which we did ,we returned with the mold and he are attached a new tooth to it. In the time we were there he was a credit to the company and himself thank you Danny your priceless and my wife can smile again and I get some peace and quiet lol

Absolutely fantastic place, the attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is amazing. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I was put at ease the moment I stepped through the door. What else can I say, Tass on reception, Tom the treatment coordinator, Ruth the dental nurse, and Dr Nicolas are all absolutely amazing people. Roll on the 8th march for the first steps towards my smile makeover transformation.

I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

Despite being a little late into the chair because of a previous emergency, my extraction proceeded very smoothly and was quite entertaining. This was in no small part due to Dr Docrat and his nurse who obviously have a great working rapport and a good measure of skill between them. Four hours later I am very comfortable, couldn't ask for better. 👍😁

Fantastic Dental surgery. Took my very nervous daughter for 4 teeth extractions. All the staff were very pleasant and the surgery was lovely and clean. The dentist and dental nurse were absolutely amazing. They were so reassuring, it never felt like they were rushing us and the room was set up to calm children. They looked after my daughter brilliantly and really helped her get through the procedure. Would highly recommend.

Have been with this practice for more than six years. Friendly staff and great services. Anything I’ve ever wanted: whitening, straightening, veneers, etc have always been accommodated. Hygienist Mariam & Dentist Soumia are both wonderful. Professional, attentive, & a joy to spend 30min in the chair with !

My granddaughter had a tooth extraction here and both the dental surgeon and nurse were so caring and nurturing towards both my granddaughter and I. They really made the time to ensure we were both comfortable and informed so the way through the procedure. Their professionalism was exceptional. I would highly recommend this practice.

It took me over 15 years to get back in the dentists chair after a horrible experience as a teenager. The Dental Architect is a lovely building and the waiting room feels more like a hotel or spa than a dentist. Dr Soumia was amazing and non judgmental during the initial exam. Claire has been amazing with the Guided Biofilm Therapy, I genuinely couldnt face a scale and polish, but this treatment has been a game changer, so much so I am booked in for my third session. Kim has been at every appointment and so welcoming and supportive, everyone is super friendly. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone, especially those who are scared of the chair.

I recently signed up as a patient at the dental architect and have just finished my whitening and composite bonding process. Every experience I’ve had from general check ups to the bonding process has been seamless from all staff. I had old bonding which needed replacing and Khulod has done a perfect job of this! The level of detail she was able to provide me was amazing and has noticed issued/ways I can improve my dental heath that no other dentist has informed me of before. I cant recommend the dental architect and Khulod enough and even have friends and family who have now been in contact about treatments for themselves.

My daughter has just completed a course of treatment including a root canal, whitening and composite bonding following an accident to her teeth when she was 10 (now 16). Following orthodontic treatment her teeth were perfectly straight but the front 2 were discoloured from the trauma. The Dental Architect have been amazing, from our first visit when they explained what they could do for her to today when she picked up her new set of retainers. Khulod made the whole experience a pleasant one, she was friendly and reassured my daughter that she would give her a perfect smile which she most certainly has. The practice is a lovely space and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have just completed my treatment at Ivory dental with Brad and his team. It's been a lengthy process due to the complex bridge work and alignment. But I have to say that the end results are outstanding. The professionalism, care and attention to detail from Brad and his team at Ivory Dental really is First Class. I have to travel a fair distance, as Ivory dental is not local for me, but I now wouldn't go anywhere else.

I needed some complex treatment that my current dentist couldn't complete for me. I was referred to another dentist of my choice but didn't feel like it was the right place for me to have my treatment and couldn't fit me until February despite being in pain. I came across Ivory Dental Practice on social media and made an enquiry and before I knew it I was invited to see Brad who listened to me and went through my options. I was booked in and started my treatment today for extractions and implants. Brad and his dental nurse were amazing, telling me what was happening every step of the way and made me feel at ease! I'm a very nervous paitent and have had bad experiences in the past that scared me for life! Thank you to all the staff who have gone above and beyond to get this treatment done in such a short time, I was in pain and hopefully this will start to ease now treatment has started.

very professional. I went with my 3-year-old daughter to a lot of dental clinics and they all told me that the front tooth had to be removed, but they didn't want to do the procedure and sent me to the hospital with an appointment after 6 months. I found this clinic and on the first visit the doctor managed to remove the tooth with local anesthesia without my little girl feeling any pain or fear, he succeeded in a maximum of 30 minutes and for only £50, what more can I say than thank you and you are the best!!!!

Recently had work done at HQ Dental and I could not be happier. Amazing results have not smiled so much, all done quickly and without any fuss. Every thing was explained and prices very reasonable. Made me feel at ease would go back and would recommend to other without any issues.

I went yesterday to have a top set of teeth, even though it was a really long day all the staff were absolutely amazing, the lady on reception was great, she would come & ask if you would like drinks & at lunch time she asked if I wanted lunch. Amazing experience from start to finish with HQ dental. I had my teeth whitened and then e-max veneers which have completely changed my look and I couldn't be happier. I didn't know exactly what I would need, but I spoke to Richard who was great - he suggested the best treatment for me, and again, its completely transformed my smile! Visted today for same day dentures with Peter & his amazing dental nurse! I have health problems which affects my teeth & also a dental phobia. I have never been so relaxed so welcomed, 0% anxiety and peter understood everything I wanted to achieve with some major obstacles in the way... he went above and beyond to make sure it happened and to create a smile, self confidence for me again. Fantastic practice, all staff are caring and friendly, funny and put you at ease.. Our whole family attend this practice. Dentist explains everything so it’s understandable, there is never any pressure to have work done, they just look after you as if you were their own family! Hygienist is lovely, so friendly and does a fantastic job. It’s like meeting friends, we all love visiting the dentist even the kids! We all highly recommend them. Once you've been there you will never want to go anywhere else!
