After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

Hi everyone I would really recommend this company for any Roofing repairs. Felix spotted a damaged beam which he repaired but 2 other companies missed it. All the work was completed in the time I was told and they cleared the rubbish and swept up. The guys were friendly and polite. I need future work done and I will be getting them back in.

Felix was quick to respond and came out the following day to carry out work on my roof. He sent before and after videos to show the work carried out, and happily talked me through it all…would recommend!

Having a complete re-roof is a daunting prospect. GMC’s approach was incredibly thorough and they gave us invaluable advice before we had even committed to using them. There were various challenges as we got underway (including tricky access which required specialist scaffolding) but all were overcome with careful thought and professional expertise. I have just had a unique experience. I was in a petrol station and had forgotten my purse and this wonderful man called Gavin was behind me and offered to pay for my petrol - I said I would reimburse him - his answer was 'don't worry it is my good deed of the day'. For quite a long time we have had problems with our roof at our business premises and have had a couple of "roofers" come and try and solve them. Move on a couple of years and still with leaks I get a recommendatio from a friend in a networking group to "call Gavin at GMC" so I did. Really impressed with all aspects of the service and work provided by Simpson Dennis. They responded promptly to our original enquiry and Matthew came round the next day and did a thorough inspection to locate the cause of the leak. A reasonably priced and fully itemised estimate arrived a couple of days later. We were able to sort out a convenient date and even when this was delayed because of weather we were constantly kept informed. We had a full reroof, then about 2 years later discovered a small leak after being battered with stormy weather. Contacted Simpson Dennis Roofing as we still had guarantee on the works, and they reassured us over the phone, came to check it, and fixed it as soon as they could. It didn't cost us any extra as they honoured the guarantee. They are trustworthy and reliable unlike many others today. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic, I called Simpson Denis Roofing Services on a Monday because I had a leak in my roof, he eased my nerves and told me somebody would be with me in a couple of days, on Thursday and gave a time of 09:00. As we had heavy rain, water actually started to appear on my ceiling, I called Denis first thing the next morning (Tuesday) and I was absolutely frantic with panic. He got one of his lads out that same morning to come have a look, and then within the next hour they were here with Ladders, sorted the hole in my roof. Couldn't ask for a better experience, good honest workmenship, would absolutely recommend.

Rang Dennis for a quote to repair a dormer roof. The leak turned out to be more extensive than first thought. Dennis and his team were thoroughly professional, clean and courteous and kept us well informed throughout the job, including working in minus temperatures. Completed a fantastic job for us and would not hesitate in using them again, or recommending them to other people.

We had a leaking flat roof on a large garage. Billy came round and recommended a rubber sheet replacement and showing me samples of the material. The job was carried out quickly and with care and cleaning up completely after themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I have discovered that at least two neighbours have had garage roofs replaced by Billy. One was over 15 years ago and they were very happy with the roofs and Billy's work.

The initial quote was provided after a thorough inspection of the issue. The two roofers who repaired our roof were highly professional and extremely friendly, clearly explaining the root cause in simple terms. They went above and beyond, not only fixing the problem but also helping to clean areas of our Velux windows that we couldn’t reach without being on the roof (a task completely unrelated to the job). I am very happy with the work performed and reassured by the 10-year guarantee, giving peace of mind in case any future issues arise.

Bloody good - complete roof replacement with chimney repointing and new ridge tiles. Quoted a good price and told us when the job would be done and how long it would take with allowance of course for high winds. Full scaffolding erected and job done as stated and to the quoted cost. I have not given the price because all jobs are different but I thought it was very good. Would use them again but of course it will not be necessary. As a bonus they are nice friendly people. I just took a chance in choosing them but everyone gets lucky sometime.

Had problems with my roof around the chimney stack which needed re cementing Previously I had asked several firms to quote non turned up apart from one which quoted a very high price.i contacted HD roofing and Lee come out and gave me a competitive price and carried the work 2 days later as promised.He took photos of the work that was required beforehand and photos of work carried out afterwards. Had Eagle roofing out last week to fix our leaking valley. Mathew and his team were fantastic throughout. A week on and after all the snow and rain we have had I am confident the leak is now fixed. I would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofer.

When we had the recent snow it was evident when it thawed that the gutter at the front of the house was leaking badly at a seam. I had no idea which company to choose, always there are a mix of good and bad. I chose Eagle roofing and I am glad that I did. All the joints(4) in the front gutter were redone and photos taken before and after. This was approx. 4 weeks ago and there is no sign of further leaks and we have had plenty of rain! Roof slates had slipped near the chimney stack and the leading around the bottom of the stack also needed replacing. The work was carried out again, by Eagle Roofing, when the weather had improved.
