I have used 151 twice now, once for an emergency call out and then on a second occasion to assess and repair the locks on our doors. Both times Serghei arrived quickly and resolved our issues with speed and great knowledge. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

David was simply amazing, fitted four new locks to all my exterior doors, quick, easy to arrange, all done and dusted on the same day. He gave advice on basic security, and didn't try to up sell at all. Also as a bonus, told me about his love of fast cars / bikes. A real genuine guy, and I'd happily recommend to anyone!!

When I was refused a key for my 21 year old smart car from the dealers, I thought it was finished. These guys provided me with 2 new keys when many others including Mercedes could not. Great service, and truly knowledgeable.

I Highly recommend Anthony. Had another auto electrician come to cut and program a new key. He made a right mess of it and after 3 hours of him messing about, I ended up with 2 keys that wouldn't unlock or lock the doors. Anthony sorted the problem in no time for a very reasonable price. I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had with this guy who worked at the auction. His information was obtained from the auction house when I won a car that was missing its keys. I called him promptly, he promised to be at the auction place early and get my keys done first and he arrived before my tow truck arrived, as promised. Despite the car's electrical problems, he was able to programme the key and get it running, so I was relieved to have the keys instead of worrying about how I would get them and how much they would cost everywhere. Really logical, competent, and true to what he said. Highly recommended

Tony has just fitted an additional door lock to our flat so that we can satisfy the requirements of the contents insurance. He was also able to change the barrel of the original lock so that one key fits both locks. He was really efficient: very neat and clean and a pleasant chap too. Very reasonable price and cheaper to get the additional lock fitted than pay for a more expensive insurance policy- win, win.

What a great person. We called, he explained clearly the process, then he arrived timely and did a great job. He took all the required time to do the job excellent and helped with any doubt we had. 5/5 starts totally deserved.

Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Both jobs done quickly and without fuss for a great price. Can highly recommend and will use again when needed 👍 Cheers, Steve
