Once finished, the door sounded much softer and even physically closing/locking was much softer and we will be oiling our door much more frequently now thanks to Mark's advice! I rang this lad after dealing with a company who sent 2 locksmiths over who took an hour to come over and couldn’t open my boot. This guy came over in 20 minutes, opened my boot in about 2 minutes and I got my keys back. Very friendly and efficient, and offered me the cheapest quote out of everyone i spoke to. Gave him a well earned £10 tip as well. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Our Barn door to the rear wouldn't open and we needed extra keys to the front door. Neil was very helpful, he had the keys cut, he was polite and quick to respond and even had a handle to hand to fix the door on the day.

Left it a few days before job completed, very happy as door multipoint jammed. Neil came on time unlocked door replace part and Alignment of door so fits like a sock. Quoted between x and x amount via telephone he could have charged higher amount but charged the lower figure, after having a chat whilst Neil was working his craft can honestly say he is a genuine and fair person. Locksmith arrived well within the promised one hour, neatly removed a lock to allow us access and replaced with a better product in about 15 minutes - amazing. Overall excellent service. Note, I had two locksmiths turn down the work and one who said they could do it but an hour later rang to say they actually couldn't before I called White Rose. I'll certainly be keeping their details, just in case we stupidly leave spare keys in the locks when we go out.

Cannot praise the service enough! Called at midnight for an emergency with my car’s Disklok steering wheel cover. I had travelled for a wedding and forgotten the key at home with everything happening, theses locks are extremely difficult to disable. Throughout it all I was reassured and after a lot of trying, success! Thank you so much, got me out of a terrible (and stupid) situation during a very important time.

I picked my 11 month old daughter up from nursery and put the keys down as I put her in car seat.. shut the door, the car locked itself with the keys on her.. we didn’t have a spare key. I was going into meltdown and ready to smash the window.. When I was refused a key for my 21 year old smart car from the dealers, I thought it was finished. These guys provided me with 2 new keys when many others including Mercedes could not. Great service, and truly knowledgeable.

Came to my rescue!!! These guys were doing some work on a house a few doors down and I found it impossible to get my outer gate to unlock.. 20 minutes later I asked 'can someone try my key im finding it impossible to get in' he unlocked my gate and gave me some really useful advice and was so very lovely! I didn't know he was a locksmith as well as he showed me the logo on his jacket! Fate had it and honestly he was fab! Life saver!

Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

Radu was recommended to me by a friend, he was quick to respond to my message, correctly diagnosed the issue from my description and offered to come within half hour but it was late at night and would have disturbed the house. He arrived at the agreed time in the morning and quickly gained entry and replaced the broken mechanism at a very reasonable price. From arrival to replacing the lock was just over 30 minutes. This is something I didn't have the tools for nor the knowledge to do myself. He's very friendly, professional and I absolutely recommend him based on this experience.
