Radu was recommended to me by a friend, he was quick to respond to my message, correctly diagnosed the issue from my description and offered to come within half hour but it was late at night and would have disturbed the house. He arrived at the agreed time in the morning and quickly gained entry and replaced the broken mechanism at a very reasonable price. From arrival to replacing the lock was just over 30 minutes. This is something I didn't have the tools for nor the knowledge to do myself. He's very friendly, professional and I absolutely recommend him based on this experience.

May be the best locksmith in Leeds! Called Radu for an emergency were the tenants couldn't unlock the door, and they were trapped inside. He arrived within 10 min and sorted the issue very quick at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

What a great person. We called, he explained clearly the process, then he arrived timely and did a great job. He took all the required time to do the job excellent and helped with any doubt we had. 5/5 starts totally deserved.

Tony has just fitted an additional door lock to our flat so that we can satisfy the requirements of the contents insurance. He was also able to change the barrel of the original lock so that one key fits both locks. He was really efficient: very neat and clean and a pleasant chap too. Very reasonable price and cheaper to get the additional lock fitted than pay for a more expensive insurance policy- win, win.

Our Barn door to the rear wouldn't open and we needed extra keys to the front door. Neil was very helpful, he had the keys cut, he was polite and quick to respond and even had a handle to hand to fix the door on the day.

Left it a few days before job completed, very happy as door multipoint jammed. Neil came on time unlocked door replace part and Alignment of door so fits like a sock. Quoted between x and x amount via telephone he could have charged higher amount but charged the lower figure, after having a chat whilst Neil was working his craft can honestly say he is a genuine and fair person. Advertised from £29 no call out charge, chap arrived on time took less than 10 minutes to readjust hinges on door job done , the killer was the £70- 78p charge. I should have gone to speck savers i feel like I have just been robbed
