We were having a little nightmare with our washer dryer. We had to buy a new one but it kept pausing and we were stumped as to why. My husband suspected that the water pressure was the problem. I called Derek who advised he was very busy with emergencies that day but would call me and let me know when he was on his way. He arrived later on that day and even though he was exhausted from his busy day and struggled with our fitted kitchen to get to the pipes...he fixed our water pressure and we could FINALLY do our washing!!! Derek came out to fix my mum's broken stop tap and did a great job! She was really happy with the work and how professional Derek was throughout. He gave genuine advice on other work - suggesting cheaper solutions rather than bidding for the work for himself. The stop tap had been a problem for a while and another plumber had tried to fix it but broke it all together and said it was too complicated! A tricky job but not too tricky for DJC Plumbing! Definitely recommend

Derek, came out yesterday (02/12/24) to power flush system and fit 2 new radiators. Could not have been happier with the service provided. Derek was punctual, polite, explained what he was doing and the standard of work was first class. The price charged was extremely good value. If you need a plumber would 100% recommend Derek

Right from our initial contact, Derek provided and excellent service. He was polite and friendly, clean and tidy and the work was completed to the highest standard. The repair suggested was the cheapest appropriate option, not the most profitable. Despite the high quality of the work and the professionalism the price was surprisingly reasonable. Next time I need to call a plumber, I know who I'll be calling!

Derek fitted two new radiators for us. It was a difficult job due to the flooring but he did a fab job and they look great. Really friendly and efficient service, cleaned up after, quick to reply to emails, and even gave me some tips on the boiler etc!
