We were having a little nightmare with our washer dryer. We had to buy a new one but it kept pausing and we were stumped as to why. My husband suspected that the water pressure was the problem. I called Derek who advised he was very busy with emergencies that day but would call me and let me know when he was on his way. He arrived later on that day and even though he was exhausted from his busy day and struggled with our fitted kitchen to get to the pipes...he fixed our water pressure and we could FINALLY do our washing!!! Derek is a god send and I would most definitely recommend his Services! His number is definitely saved in my list of contacts!😊👍🏻🙌🏻

Right from our initial contact, Derek provided and excellent service. He was polite and friendly, clean and tidy and the work was completed to the highest standard. The repair suggested was the cheapest appropriate option, not the most profitable. Despite the high quality of the work and the professionalism the price was surprisingly reasonable. Next time I need to call a plumber, I know who I'll be calling!

Derek came out to fix my mum's broken stop tap and did a great job! She was really happy with the work and how professional Derek was throughout. He gave genuine advice on other work - suggesting cheaper solutions rather than bidding for the work for himself. The stop tap had been a problem for a while and another plumber had tried to fix it but broke it all together and said it was too complicated! A tricky job but not too tricky for DJC Plumbing! Definitely recommend

Derek fitted two new radiators for us. It was a difficult job due to the flooring but he did a fab job and they look great. Really friendly and efficient service, cleaned up after, quick to reply to emails, and even gave me some tips on the boiler etc!

Our cold tap broke and refused to shut off, flowing water everywhere. Dave came out on a whim to fix our little emergency, and in less than 30 minutes of the incident occurring, the problem was fixed! Would recommend!

I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben for plumbing or heating services. After searching the market to find a Gas registered engineer who would install a gas fire, we came across Ben, who, from the outset, was like a breath of fresh air. Very helpful and knowledgeable and is more than happy to provide information to help me prepare the opening for installation. On the installation day, I was more than impressed by his attention to detail and positive attitude in overcoming any issues. This was our first time using a plumber after moving into our house 2.5 years ago. What can I say - it was so easy to organise everything with Jodie and she got back to our enquiry super quickly so we could get our bathroom sink and taps sorted. My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too

Spoke to Andy reference relocating a gas pipe for a cooker in my mother's house. I live about an hour away so needed somebody I could trust. From the initial conversation I was very happy with his professionalism and genuine desire to help. True to his word he was a my mother's in no time flat, assessed the job, sent me pictures and the quote. He didn't pressure my mum at all to get the work done just waited for me to respond. Finished the work, sent me a copy of the gas certificate along with further pictures of the completed work. Couldn't have asked for more especially reassuring when living so far away, happy to recommend and use him again.

Anthony was local and able to visit the same day. Whereas another plumber quoted us for a new boiler, Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem, fitted a new part he had in the van and charged a reasonable fee which was an amazing result. So you're not guaranteed to have the same luck but at least you know he's skilled in what he does and will charge you a fair rate. Couldn't ask for more.

Dean came out to do a quote. I was really happy with the service, well presented and was very transparent with the job. Also quickly fixed my radiator that was not turning on just because he was there which was really nice. He also saw some urgent work that needed to get done which he was happy to get someone round the following week to quickly fix. I’m very happy with the service.

Had a brilliant plumber around from Plumbcare this evening (sorry didn’t get his name). Had a leak in our toilet. Plumbcare repaired our boiler (replaced the heat exchanger). We are delighted with how quickly the repair was done, and they are easily contactable via their call centre. I feel Plumbcare could better communicate the repair process and timescales with their customers. However, I also acknowledge that in this matter, Plumbcare acted as a subcontractor to an insurance company, which was acting as a subcontractor to the energy company where I bought the boiler insurance policy. Thus, it was not clear who my best point of contact was in a weekend emergency. Overall, the claim was processed efficiently. Thank you.

Good to get great service. After being let down by my insurers first choice ( apparently they cancelled my emergency call out) they contacted Plumbcare Yorkshire who got Liam out within a couple of hours who fixed my leaking toilet that had been spewing water since 3am.
