I was very lucky to have Danny and Lee install my downstairs WC, main bathroom and en-suite. They did everything from start to finish including rip out, install and tiling. They also fitted all my new radiators and my Quooker tap and plumbing in the kitchen/utility. Absolutely amazing job and top quality, very professional from start to finish. House always left immaculate, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Absolute amazing Company.

Had a problem with shower leaking which had made a real mess. Lee was round the next day. Worked out the problem , went and bought the part and fitted later that afternoon. Really efficient and a reasonable cost.

I cannot recommend Lee highly enough. He is efficient, courteous, and very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done efficiently and to a high standard. I'll definitely be using his services again in the future.

Super pleased with Lee. Came a gave a quote for installing a new radiator and repositioning another one. Within 10 days the job was done. All mess cleared away and now super cozy in two separate rooms 😊 Highly recommend 👌

Called Martyn out to a boiler emergency. He was on a job but came within an hour and carried out repair.He also came back day's later to carry out the yearly boiler service. Him and his son are clean and reliable workers and also reasonably priced on jobs.I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a top local plumber.

Just had some good news for a change . Had a leak on the bath waste pipes coming out of the house at my house in Yorkshire . Didn't look into getting it sorted just called an online company that has local plumbers on the books . Made the appointment and gave card details and then two days later the plumber turns up . At the house 10 minutes , got my tenant to run the bath while he videoed it on his phone then said I need to go back to the office and work out a quote . I get a bill for £162 ,, not for the job , the quote . Seems they charge £125 for the first half hour then £75 every 15 minutes after , regardless of what they're doing . So me being me left them an eloquent review on Trust Pilot , which resulted in an apology email and a full refund . So I decided to give the small guys a go . Sent a message to a company and a guy called Martyn replied . Said he was pulled out last week but would go today . Got a call from him this morning to say he was at the house , could see the problem , was confident it could be done working just from outside and if it's OK with me can he crack on , wouldn't be a costly job . I replied yep , crack on mate . Just had a message to say he'd done the job and an invoice for £72 . That's for digging out cement and fitting two new knuckle bend joints into a downpipe and filling back up the cement . Not a big job but a job well done by an honest tradesmen that doesn't charge stupid money . Lesson learned ☺️

Several years later we needed a new bathroom for my mother in law who had broken a hip. The work was done fast while she was in hospital and VERY well. And at a good price. Really recommend the firm. Pleasant, honest, reliable, effective. Nice chap. Came out at a week's notice and replaced parents in laws' bath taps. Courteous, friendly, apparently very effective (well, they're still working). Recommended.

I have just had this company replaced nearly every radiator in my house. The work was completed in a day by Marcin and his co workers.When I returned, after leaving them to it in the morning, I honestly couldn't tell they had ever been there. They cleaned up everything and returned carpets to original positions. I would certainly recommend them should you be looking for a reliable, tidy, friendly and competitive heating and plumbing company.

I'd had trouble with my heating for over a year. I was fed up with plumbers either not turning up or not returning to do the job. After phoning Ricky he quickly Came out and had a plan for the work. He worked the full day on Saturday with his colleague to complete a complicated job. I now have a warm house again and I'm so grateful for the professionalism, quick turnaround and expertise they showed to get the job done and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for anything.

I would highly recommend OneHeat Ltd. My elderly mother was having problems with her boiler. I was able to contact Ricky easily and he promptly called out, explained the problem and discussed her options without any pressure. Subsequently a new boiler was installed quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. All the relevant paperwork and certification was immediately provided on completion of the work. It was refreshing to receive a professional, friendly service provided by Ricky at a sensible price...something which is sadly lacking from the greedy companies providing similar work..... Ricky is willing to go the extra mile and I've no hesitation in highly recommending him.

One Heat service our boiler annually and are always responsive to queries and any issues with the boiler. Following our most recent service an issue was identified and consequently we decided to replace the boiler. OneHeat recommended & obtained the replacement boiler with no hassle and quickly arranged the installation with no issues and with minimal mess. They also arranged for removal of the old boiler same day. Would definitely recommend.

Tom from Davies Plumbing and heating did a very nice job of replacing our leaky old kitchen mixer tap. After visiting us to see our problem, he shared his supplier's photo of the best match for to approve ahead of fitting, and was able to visit very soon after to fit it. He worked quickly, tidily and effectively and was friendly and agreeable to deal with.

Rang Thermoman in evening as my boiler stopped working . He came out first thing the next morning and quickly sorted the problem out. I then arranged for it to be serviced the following week. On both occasions he arrived at exactly the time he said he would, was very friendly and professional in his work and left the place spotlessly clean. Competitively priced, and I will be using him again for any future work on heating system and annual service.

Needed a boiler servicing quite quickly, was recommended Danny by another plumber. Contacted him on Monday night and he was with us the next day. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Danny did our boiler service last year and as he'd arrived on time, worked efficiently and tidily (and was someone I felt comfortable to have in the house) I had already decided I'd be a regular customer. Fast forward to the coldest day of the year arrived and the boiler decided not to work so I called Danny - not only did he come out that same day and fix it, he didn't overcharge for an emergency call out and it was all done and dusted by the time I got home. An absolute star, highly recommend.

Plumbcare repaired our boiler (replaced the heat exchanger). We are delighted with how quickly the repair was done, and they are easily contactable via their call centre. I feel Plumbcare could better communicate the repair process and timescales with their customers. However, I also acknowledge that in this matter, Plumbcare acted as a subcontractor to an insurance company, which was acting as a subcontractor to the energy company where I bought the boiler insurance policy. Thus, it was not clear who my best point of contact was in a weekend emergency. Overall, the claim was processed efficiently. Thank you.

Had a brilliant plumber around from Plumbcare this evening (sorry didn’t get his name). Had a leak in our toilet. He came around, diagnosed the fault, took the toilet apart, fitted new bolts and gasket and resolved the problem, all within the hour. Very polite, very professional and a credit to your company. Good to get great service. After being let down by my insurers first choice ( apparently they cancelled my emergency call out) they contacted Plumbcare Yorkshire who got Liam out within a couple of hours who fixed my leaking toilet that had been spewing water since 3am. Liam is a credit to the company. Such a polite and calming young man. Got the problem sorted and when left didn't even know he had been, except the problem was sorted. Thank you Plumbcare.

Had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve last year, and had to switch off all water. Fortunately was going to stay with my 'support bubble' for Christmas! These guys were the only ones who responded to me while everyone else said they were finished until new year and that I'd have to wait. They came round between Christmas and new year once I was back at home, turned up on time and fixed the pipe. Lifesavers, it would have been so unpleasant to wait a whole week without water, particularly at that time of year.

We recently used this company to refit our bathroom and the finished product was fantastic, also yesterday our boiler broke down, James the owner personally attended within the hour, it was diagnosed that evening and two of his staff turned up at 8am on Xmas eve with the correct part and it was repaired within the hour, top service !

Excellent service provided. We had no hesitation in using R Toomes & Son due to them carrying out works for friends and family members in the past. We required a complete replacement heating/water system which involved the removal of an old back boiler and pipe work including the first stages of a bathroom installation. This work was carried out during a time the house was empty so installation was a bit easier thanks to carpets and floorboards already up in places. The 4 man team were extremely polite and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others for similar work.
