Mark literally saved my life today - my house sprang a leak at 4am and he was out by 8am to fix it for me, and that’s only because I said I’d rather wait and get some sleep. His prices are very affordable, he’s knowledgable about his craft and diligent in getting the job done. Cannot recommend this man enough!

Rang mark at3pm today he was there by 4pm to sort out leaking water pipes under the sink unit. All sorted by 4 30. Cannot believe the fantastic service and reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend. Such a nice polite friendly person

Mark came out on an urgent Sunday call today from the other side of Huddersfield, used the last of his petrol (literally) to get here, and worked up a ladder in the dark, wind and the rain to help us with our soil stack that had come loose in the storm. Can't thank you enough for your help today Mark and I hope the can of fuel was enough to get you to the nearest petrol station! Really genuine and no-nonsense guy. Thank you.

I cannot recommend Mark enough, I was quoted £230 for a job he did for £80. I called him out for a blocked toilet and he was out within the hour. My electric shower wasn't allowing water to flow, but I had hot high pressure water throughout the rest of the house. Mark took the time to assess any electrical faults in the initial unit, and tried to isolate the water to flow through my existing shower. He told me the exact kw needed for the new model, and even recommend what and where to buy from. Mark absolutely went out of his way, not only fitting the new shower but finding a potentially dangerous electrical fault in.my cellar. He would not leave until he knew I had the information to fix my electrics. He didn't need to look at my fuse box but did out of common decency and dudiligence. Thank you so much Mark I appreciate your hard work!

Fantastic service from Simons team, my elderly mums boiler broke when the cold weather started, he managed to get someone there the same day and fix it. I will be using them again if needs and would highly recommend. Cheers guys

I called Simon out as I had water mysteriously running out of my wall at a place where there was no obvious water! Simon quickly found the problem and sorted it. He was fast, professional - and quite funny too! Brilliant service!

Can't rate them highly enough. From first phone call to completion they've been helpful, professional ans friendly. We have a microbore system that's not worked since moving in. 3 other plumbers couldn't work out what to do. They came out and managed to work out what was what, find hidden manifolds and replace the bits that needed replacing so we now have heat!

Martin fixed a leaking pipe and boiler and carried out a service for us. Great job, good rates and we'll be hoping he's free to do all our plumbing jobs. Highly recommended

We feel really fortunate to have found such a professional and trustworthy plumber and heating engineer. Martin has installed a new central heating boiler and two new bathrooms for us, neither of which were straightforward due to limited head space, floor space and irregular walls. Martin gave considerable thought to the challenges of these rooms and was able to offer different solutions drawing on his experience and extensive knowledge. In all of our discussions with Martin it was evident that he wanted to get it 'right' for us. The standard of workmanship has been excellent which has included not only plumbing but also fitting flooring, skirtings, boxing in and stud work to complete the bathrooms. Martin has always left the house clean and tidy and has been consistently reliable. Furthermore, he has the amazing attitude of nothing being too much trouble. I came across Jordan in one of the local Facebook groups and was able to get my boiler booked in for a service fast. Jordan is very polite and friendly. He did a great job, was tidy and efficient. He kindly walked me through the work he’d done and gave me advice where I needed it. Cannot recommend Jordan highly enough. He came out to us before Christmas when no other plumber would. He managed to fit in a completely new boiler and change from old system to a combo boiler before Christmas. He is incredibly polite and good to deal with. Charged us a very fair price and gave us really good advice on what we needed. We will be using him whenever we need any plumbing work to boiler service. Lovely genuine guy.

Wanted to get my elderly fathers oil boiler serviced - so so happy I found this company! Thank you Darian for the great communication and professionalism! Was slightly nervous as I would not be present for Darians visit and my dad is elderly. But all was well!! Oil boiler was serviced thoroughly and some very helpful remedial works were recommended .

We called Holme Valley Heating recently because they were local to an elderly family member. Darian attended promptly as the oil boiler had broken down. He was on time, clean and very tidy. He diagnosed the fault and communicated this then managed to get a replacement part the same day and get back to ensure the heating was back on as quickly as possible. I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. The engineer was really nice and polite and respectful when he attended my property. The pricing was resonable and one of the packages is exactly what I had in mind. I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. Special mention for Darren for who did all the foundation work, and Lou for really good customer services. I would highly recommend this firm.

Came and checked my 22 year old boiler that was leaking and not switching on for hot water. Quickly disconnected a couple of parts and identified problem and recognised an additional flue safety problem. Yes he could repair it but with cost of parts I decided a new boiler would be sensible. Lee rang me the next day with prices for 4 options on size and type of controller . Good price , he came and fitted it quickly, including magnetic filter and flushed the whole system. 10 year guarantee and a good price. Recommended him to two friends who are also happy.

Matt & Paul have done a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom suite and retiling the floor and walls, as well as retiling our kitchen floor. Having read previous reviews and having met Matt on a couple of occasions prior to them starting work, we were comfortable allowing them to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday. When we returned, after only 10 days, they had not only completed the work to an excellent standard, they had also done a great job of leaving the house clean and tidy.
