From advice to installation all contact was faultless, Installation engineer Ash [and apprentice Conrad ] arrived and worked non stop leaving us with a very high standard of workmanship and confidence in this company. We recently had a new bathroom fitted by Darren from Union Plumbing and couldn’t be happier with it and the service we received! The bathroom looks so smart and modern and has been fitted so neatly. Darren was great - he’s such a lovely guy and he paid such attention to detail with every aspect of the job. Konrad also assisted on a few days and he was also lovely and professional. Everything was taken care of by Union concerning the work, which was really helpful and meant everything ran smoothly. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Had Union out three times for different things in the space of a month, really helpful and friendly. The engineers are all happy to explain things, put loads of effort into fixing whatever has gone wrong, Lou in the office has been amazing with booking things in and replying to my anxious emails when I notice another problem. I came across Jordan in one of the local Facebook groups and was able to get my boiler booked in for a service fast. Jordan is very polite and friendly. He did a great job, was tidy and efficient. He kindly walked me through the work he’d done and gave me advice where I needed it. He does a wide range of jobs and I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for heating or plumbing services

Cannot recommend Jordan highly enough. He came out to us before Christmas when no other plumber would. He managed to fit in a completely new boiler and change from old system to a combo boiler before Christmas. He is incredibly polite and good to deal with. Charged us a very fair price and gave us really good advice on what we needed. We will be using him whenever we need any plumbing work to boiler service. Lovely genuine guy.

We called Holme Valley Heating recently because they were local to an elderly family member. Darian attended promptly as the oil boiler had broken down. He was on time, clean and very tidy. He diagnosed the fault and communicated this then managed to get a replacement part the same day and get back to ensure the heating was back on as quickly as possible. Just spoke with Darian, my boiler had cut out and I had no water or CH, Darian spent time over the phone giving me options of what to do to get the boiler working, got it fixed - very impressed with this service clearly Darian is focused on customer service he even emailed me the user guide for my boiler after our call - such a welcomed service on a cold Sunday afternoon!
