Louis at stay safe plumbing has been doing all my plumbing work at both my house and at my salon for a couple of years now. He is very professional and always has the best advice. His work is excellent and he is very reliable, when finishing the jobs he always tidies up. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Truly magnificent service from this approachable and knowledgeable young man. Took time to explain the process, allowed questions and made both my wife and I feel safe. His work was clean and tidy, I wish we could take before and after pictures of the work he's done. Tidied up all the outdated plumbing, fitted my new radiators and his worked impressed us so much we had our boiler changed by him too. Had a short list of issues to fix including a very fiddly repair of shower plumbing. He took it all in his stride and we now have a flushing loo, a non leaky tap and a repaired shower. No fuss and all working fine. Would recommend.

We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

Abdul was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the boiler repaired quickly and efficiently. We even had the boiler serviced by him while he was here. Very reliable and trustworthy company.

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! I contacted Mr Reactive after being repeatedly let down by a different engineer who was unable to fix my lack of hot water. Mr Reactive quickly came to diagnose the issue and, within two days, had the new part fitted and my hot water restored. I am very pleased with their service, from the speed and level of professionalism to the sensible pricing.

Previous engineer charged a lot of money to repair our boiler and still had issues. Contacted mr reactive and they found that the issue wasn’t with the boiler. All issues have now been rectified, well priced and great service from the engineer. For peace of mind we have now taken the boiler cover. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great customer service. I needed a gas pipe capping, and he did this but also went the extra mile by checking on my boiler, and ensuring a gas pipe was securely fitted. Thorough professional, I can't recommend him enough. Time keeping was great, definitely a man of his word.

Excellent service & excellent prices called him on Sunday no other company willing to do on Sunday had an issue with boiler being very noisy showing a fault code he is very knowledgeable and really nice person ! I've just had Robert out to sort a problem we had with our boiler and having no hot water. He came the very same day and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Robert is a true saint of plumbing, saved us on multiple occasions. When we first moved into our property, we had a massive leak in the hot water tank in the loft and felt like all hope was lost. Robert came out on a Sunday, at 9am, and fixed the problem, no bother at all. The price for his services was exceptionally good value and he is a lovely gentleman, providing great advice and explaining his work. Called MH plumbing to help with a water leak. They quickly diagnose it as a leaking kitchen gully. They came early to fix it and finish the job ahead of schedule so fortunate to have found them and mr Hussain is excellent at what he does very knowledgeable and experienced. I would not hesitate to use him again used many plumbing services from others but MH plumbing by far the best I've seen. Punctual and reliable hard to find these days but MH plumbing services delivered nothing to much to ask from them. Thanks again Mr Hussain and the team involved.

I needed my old kitchen sink disconnected for a suddenly-booked kitchen removal, and never thought I'd be able to find a good plumber at the last minute. These guys generously squeezed me in and arrived 45 minutes after I called - super efficient and great advice. Really appreciate it.

Always been very friendly and helpful, helped us a with a range of regular maintenance and other jobs that crop with an older house over the years. Never taken for a ride, and never had any issues with the quality of the work or follow up. Once booked in, they come round when they say they will and won't leave you waiting in for days. I contacted Norton Johnson and they were very responsive, came round exactly on the time they said they would, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the problem. We were extremely pleased with the new bathroom fitted by Norton. From start to finish the process was seamless and the end result far exceeded our expectations. When issues were identified when the old bathroom was removed they were clearly explained and sorted without any fuss. I would absolutely recommend Norton especially if you want to cut out the expensive bathroom shops.
