My partner rang Mr Reactive because our heating stopped working at 2.45pm. It’s the beginning of January and snowing outside so too cold to not get it sorted asap. We were given a time slot 3-6pm same day. Engineer rang us at 3.15 to say he was on his way. Arrived shortly after and gave a diagnosis that thermostat was not working. Replaced thermostat. Took the time to show us how it worked and fixed it neatly onto the wall. Engineer’s name was Tee, he was very down to earth and friendly, we felt very comfortable chatting to him. Gave us advice about our boiler for future. Took his time to explain things. Really happy. Everything working fine now. Recommend- especially if its Tee who comes out 😊

Mr Reactive quickly came to diagnose the issue and, within two days, had the new part fitted and my hot water restored. Exceptional service from Johnathan at wrose elite plumbing . Managed to come and fix our boiler same day . A very polite and knowledgable engineer . It’s hard to find decent trades men these days but I would recommend and would use again in the future .

Had a short list of issues to fix including a very fiddly repair of shower plumbing. He took it all in his stride and we now have a flushing loo, a non leaky tap and a repaired shower. No fuss and all working fine. Would recommend.

One of the pipes behind the toilet was leaking water. Phoned Martyn who was away on a weekend break but said he would come as soon as he got back, which he did as promised and on time. He went away for some parts and fixed the the leak within an hour. Martin did a brilliant job and at a competitive price. I would certainly recommend Martyn to anyone who required a plumber.

Came back from holiday on a Sat to a small leak downstairs, called the company based on good Google reviews, and the service was excellent. Martyn came round, identified the issue, went out for parts and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. Great service, good price.

Called MH plumbing to help with a water leak. They quickly diagnose it as a leaking kitchen gully. They came early to fix it and finish the job ahead of schedule so fortunate to have found them and mr Hussain is excellent at what he does very knowledgeable and experienced. I would not hesitate to use him again used many plumbing services from others but MH plumbing by far the best I've seen. Punctual and reliable hard to find these days but MH plumbing services delivered nothing to much to ask from them. Thanks again Mr Hussain and the team involved.

Recently converted my storeroom into a mini bathroom, Plumbpal and team installed a macerator pump, toilet, basin and a radiator. All work done in top quality solder joints along with copper piping. Family owned business. Great service every time. The are very experienced and knowledgeable and are happy to help give advice and information. They also have great contacts if you're stuck. Best of all they are open 7 days a week and till late, 7pm I think. Many times they have they have come handy when I needed plumbing and DIY bits and bobs.

Mike is an exceptional gas engineer who’s done multiple jobs for us recently. His professionalism and extensive knowledge in his field have left us thoroughly impressed. Our first experience with Mike was when he did a gas boiler service for us. We had an issue with the boiler losing pressure, and Mike went above and beyond - returning to our home twice to pinpoint and resolve the problem, and all without any additional charges. This level of dedication and service is something you don’t find very often. What really sets Mike apart is his eagerness to share his expertise. During his visit, he noticed we had an outdoor thermostat that came with the boiler but had not been installed. He offered to fit it and set it up for us, all as part of the service - a very generous gesture. Mike also did a gas fire service for us - it’s really convenient to have both of our gas appliances serviced by the same reliable professional. Mike’s commitment to delivering the best possible service is evident, and his knowledge is second to none. I wholeheartedly recommend his services without hesitation.

I had my radiators flushed by Mackie Heating, and they also installed a new boiler for me. They were great throughout, I had lots of issues with my old boiler and they gave me honest advice and were really helpful. Cory completed both of the works and he was great, polite and friendly and cleaned up any mess that was left. Really happy with the work and have already recommended to friends.
