I had a quote for three sets of taps and knew I needed further work doing. I gave the guys carte blanche for a small budget. The extra work was very reasonably priced. All polite, professional and tidied up behind themselves. Bear in mind three other plumbers couldn’t even tell me what the problem was. They got it done from quote to finish in a fortnight. 👍

I needed my old kitchen sink disconnected for a suddenly-booked kitchen removal, and never thought I'd be able to find a good plumber at the last minute. These guys generously squeezed me in and arrived 45 minutes after I called - super efficient and great advice. Really appreciate it.

Always been very friendly and helpful, helped us a with a range of regular maintenance and other jobs that crop with an older house over the years. Never taken for a ride, and never had any issues with the quality of the work or follow up. Once booked in, they come round when they say they will and won't leave you waiting in for days. Would recommend.

We were extremely pleased with the new bathroom fitted by Norton. From start to finish the process was seamless and the end result far exceeded our expectations. When issues were identified when the old bathroom was removed they were clearly explained and sorted without any fuss. I would absolutely recommend Norton especially if you want to cut out the expensive bathroom shops.

I had an old boiler that had broken leaving me with no hot water. I contacted Norton Johnson and they were very responsive, came round exactly on the time they said they would, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the problem. Very professional, excellent service and a good price. I will definitely use them again if I have a problem in the future.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Lots of advice and help planning new bathroom. Organised plasterer, electrician and skip hire. Quality of work is outstanding, really happy with finished bathroom. Norton is reliable, hard working and friendly. Everything was left spotless afterwards. Truly magnificent service from this approachable and knowledgeable young man. Took time to explain the process, allowed questions and made both my wife and I feel safe. His work was clean and tidy, I wish we could take before and after pictures of the work he's done. We had our boiler serviced by this company. Jag advised us that the water in the system was contaminated, and that the system needed flushing and some chemicals adding to prolong the life of the boiler and the system. Jag sorted everything out for us for a very reasonable price, and explained everything in layman's terms. We will definitely be using him again next year, and would highly recommend to all. Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs

One of the pipes behind the toilet was leaking water. Phoned Martyn who was away on a weekend break but said he would come as soon as he got back, which he did as promised and on time. He went away for some parts and fixed the the leak within an hour. Martin did a brilliant job and at a competitive price. I would certainly recommend Martyn to anyone who required a plumber.

They were great throughout, I had lots of issues with my old boiler and they gave me honest advice and were really helpful. Mike is an exceptional gas engineer who’s done multiple jobs for us recently. His professionalism and extensive knowledge in his field have left us thoroughly impressed. Our first experience with Mike was when he did a gas boiler service for us. We had an issue with the boiler losing pressure, and Mike went above and beyond - returning to our home twice to pinpoint and resolve the problem, and all without any additional charges. This level of dedication and service is something you don’t find very often. What really sets Mike apart is his eagerness to share his expertise. During his visit, he noticed we had an outdoor thermostat that came with the boiler but had not been installed. He offered to fit it and set it up for us, all as part of the service - a very generous gesture. Mike also did a gas fire service for us - it’s really convenient to have both of our gas appliances serviced by the same reliable professional. Mike’s commitment to delivering the best possible service is evident, and his knowledge is second to none. I wholeheartedly recommend his services without hesitation.

On discovering an urgent issue (leak) in the property I moved into, I contacted Mike and he came round the same day to have a look (and thankfully, fix it!), understanding the need for quick action/peace of mind. He explained what he was doing and why, and also gave me some really helpful advice in relation to the boiler and things to consider given that I have just moved in.
