I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Thank you also to Jodie who always responds promptly.

Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. It was an absolute pleasure to find a tradesman who did the following :- 1) turned up on time 2) fully explained their findings (with evidence) 3) gave a comprehensive quote and return time 4) left the premises clean and tidy 5) returned when they said they would 6) carried out the work quietly and efficiently 7) left a job sheet specifying the works done 8) billed the same as quoted Paul was a gentleman throughout my dealings with him on the phone and was happy to respond to queries via WHATSAPP at what may be considered non working hours. Matt who did the work was polite, respectful of his surroundings and willing to take the time to explain, in simple terms, the work done and why it was required. I'll certainly use them again and would be more than happy to reference their work.

I was literally having a nightmare with my plumber, asking for money up front, then not turning up and then when he did only doing a few hours. It was stressing me out. The job had gone on far too long and our relationship was getting tested. I decided to terminate his contract. I knew trying to get another plumber to complete someone else’s work was going to be difficult. However, I spoke with Paul @Daley Plumbing, he was kind, understanding and happy to take on the works and complete the plumbing in my kitchen and bathroom. Rang Thermoman in evening as my boiler stopped working . He came out first thing the next morning and quickly sorted the problem out. I then arranged for it to be serviced the following week. On both occasions he arrived at exactly the time he said he would, was very friendly and professional in his work and left the place spotlessly clean. Competitively priced, and I will be using him again for any future work on heating system and annual service.

One of our heating zone valves had packed in. The response was very quick, came to look within 2 hours of calling, collected a part and fixed within another 2 hours. Couldn't ask for much more given today's weather

Micheal and Griff came out to replace macerator on the back of the toilet cistern rang them late Sunday and they arrived Monday afternoon. They managed to squeeze the job in-between jobs as it was the only toilet in the house. They were very professional and very competitive with their pricing. The job was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Leeds area

Had a brilliant plumber around from Plumbcare this evening (sorry didn’t get his name). Had a leak in our toilet. After being let down by my insurers first choice ( apparently they cancelled my emergency call out) they contacted Plumbcare Yorkshire who got Liam out within a couple of hours who fixed my leaking toilet that had been spewing water since 3am. Liam is a credit to the company. Such a polite and calming young man. Got the problem sorted and when left didn't even know he had been, except the problem was sorted. Thank you Plumbcare.

Needed immediate help with a leak. He responded straight away and fixed the problem with a minimum amount of fuss.

We had water coming through the ceiling, down the walls, a business owners nightmare. I called Stuart, who said "I will be there within 20 minutes" and he was. He identified the problem and fixed it. He said on arrival "I won't leave until I have sorted it all out." That's what you want to hear when everything is going wrong. 100% top guy!

My toilet broke and I couldn't flush it, I rang an emergency plumbing and they told me it would be 160 pounds and two engineers to fix the toilet, so I told em no. I rang this guy and explained what was wrong to him on the phone ,the same day, only a few hours later he came and had a look and went to get parts for the toilet. the next day he came back and fixed it, I have used his services twice now, if youre looking for formal plumber this is not your guy, but if you just want somebody to get the job done and go. THIS IS YOUR GUY.

First class jobs by Tom at R Toomes. He arrived on time and explained exactly what was needed, including making recommendations about the tap we should buy. Then he fitted the tap and mended the fault with the toilet efficiently and cleanly. Excellent job!

We recently used this company to refit our bathroom and the finished product was fantastic, also yesterday our boiler broke down, James the owner personally attended within the hour, it was diagnosed that evening and two of his staff turned up at 8am on Xmas eve with the correct part and it was repaired within the hour, top service !

Excellent service provided. We had no hesitation in using R Toomes & Son due to them carrying out works for friends and family members in the past. We required a complete replacement heating/water system which involved the removal of an old back boiler and pipe work including the first stages of a bathroom installation. This work was carried out during a time the house was empty so installation was a bit easier thanks to carpets and floorboards already up in places. The 4 man team were extremely polite and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others for similar work.
