Great guy running this garage! I scraped a poor lady's car in a car park and the next morning he called me to let me know she brought her car in and he told me it would cost peanuts for him to repair. Although I'm not a customer this guy is clearly doing a great job and not ripping anyone off.

Always been good to my mum and the work I've had done or requested has always been completed quickly and to a good level. If I think I need something done they'll always advise on it first, not just do it if it doesn't need doing.

I called Jubilee Garage and Adrian Beck when my one of my car windows got stuck open in the snow, right as I needed to take my wife to various hospital appointments! They told me to bring the car down that day and found the problem straight away. They were very apologetic they couldn't get the part until the next day, but it was ready to collect the following afternoon despite them being snowed under with work (no pun intended)! Thanks again lads for getting me sorted, massively appreciated. I'd definitely use these again.

Absolutely brilliant. Went over a 9.30am to ask if they could fit me in to replace my fan belt. One of the lads ordered the part as I was bringing my car to garage. I left the car at the garage at 9.45am, and he rang me at 11.30am to pick it back up! Change me less than half of what I was quoted at another place too. The lads were friendly and helpful. Got my father's car in for a problem the previous 3 mechanics had been unable to sort did it ahead of quoted time and efficiently sorted the issue out !!!

Called up yesterday as my MOT needed doing. Call was swiftly answered and I got booked in for the nedt day (today). Dropped car off this morning with no problems, plenty of parking spaces. A couple of hours later got a notification to say my car was ready to collect. Convenient, no hassle at all, excellent service. Much better than the Mercedes dealership I've used for the last couple of years. Will be back for a service and my next MOT. Highly recommend these guys!

I have been taking my Audi A3 to the Drive in Service Centre for a good few years now and I have to say they are very professional and extremely informative. I am not a mechanic by trade so I appreciate the clarification / explanations as to what exactly needs doing and the true cost involved and so far I have been always happy with what i has been discussed. My car is my pride & joy so it’s only natural that you need to trust the garage you choose and I do. I find that compared to the main dealership they offer a much fairer price with an all round great service. I believe they use Quality parts as good as the Audi dealership parts which is very important to me. Great garage 👍

I have used Drive In for several years now and for multiple cars and they are always courteous and professional. They don’t treat me like an idiot (as a woman this is definitely a bonus) and are great at keeping you informed as work progresses. I have had some utterly bad luck in the past with a lemon of a motor and these guys went above and beyond to assist with rectifying the faults and keeping me on the road with a courtesy car. I have had some issues with the car since purchase. The warranty they provide with the car has been helpful and provided assistance with pay for repairs. I’ve kept the dealership informed, I have spoken to Neil, who has agreed with a partial refund of the service it took to discover the full issue faced with it.

Both James and Neil were brilliant from start to finish. LCC made buying a car easy, with no stress and no pressure. I almost questioned the laidback approach but was assured by family that this is the right approach and in he-insight, it was greatly appreciated. James allowed us to take the vehicle for a test drive, showed no sign of distrust, handed the keys over and wished us a pleasant journey. He allowed me to have a think without pressure. Next day I popped down first thing and purchased. The vehicle itself came clean & tidy throughout, exactly as photos showed, MOT & assisted with taxing for me to quite literally, drive away. In reflection, the popularity of the garage & interest received in vehicles, likely the vehicle may be snapped up if you wait too long. I had a fantastic experience with LCC; both James and Neil were absolutely lovely to deal with from start to finish. They were really accomodating for the viewing and test drive, letting me wait until a sunny day (to try a convertible roof) and then told me to go out and try it as much as I wanted. There was no big pitch or pressure in the sale and they even helped me getting the car home. The car is brilliant, in a lovely condition, and I absolutely love it. It was a lovely experience dealing with them and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service at the Shipley branch. I just wanted one tyre fitted on my spare wheel. I arrived early for my pre booked appointment and they fitted it straight away. If you’re looking for an honest friendly garage then you really need to start using Northcliffe!! I’ve not felt relaxed and confident in leaving my car with a garage for a few years now!! Northcliffe are just how you’d expect garages to be. The work is excellent the communication is excellent the price is on point and it’s nice not to have that feeling that your being ripped off that i seemed to always feel at other garages. Wish I have known about this garage years ago!! Fact is I won’t be taking my car to any other garage

Been messed around by a few garages now, brought my car to Northcliffe a couple of times now and could not fault them at all especially the second time I brought it to them and it required quiet a lot of work, not only did they manage to keep the costs down for me but they where on the ball to update me every step of the way.
