I called Jubilee Garage and Adrian Beck when my one of my car windows got stuck open in the snow, right as I needed to take my wife to various hospital appointments! They told me to bring the car down that day and found the problem straight away. They were very apologetic they couldn't get the part until the next day, but it was ready to collect the following afternoon despite them being snowed under with work (no pun intended)!
