Both James and Neil were brilliant from start to finish. LCC made buying a car easy, with no stress and no pressure. I almost questioned the laidback approach but was assured by family that this is the right approach and in he-insight, it was greatly appreciated. James allowed us to take the vehicle for a test drive, showed no sign of distrust, handed the keys over and wished us a pleasant journey. He allowed me to have a think without pressure. Next day I popped down first thing and purchased. The vehicle itself came clean & tidy throughout, exactly as photos showed, MOT & assisted with taxing for me to quite literally, drive away. In reflection, the popularity of the garage & interest received in vehicles, likely the vehicle may be snapped up if you wait too long. A pleasurable experience all round.Rang to view BMW car was waiting ready to test drive on our arrival 45 minutes later,excellent ! All the staff were very polite and helpful throughout the buying experience,honest,fair part exchange given. Neil sorted paperwork with no hidden fees whatsoever. Have bought many cars/motorcycles over last 40+ years,this ranks up there with most enjoyable. Small pitch,no fancy offices,suits me,keep prices down to buyer. I have had some issues with the car since purchase. The warranty they provide with the car has been helpful and provided assistance with pay for repairs. I’ve kept the dealership informed, I have spoken to Neil, who has agreed with a partial refund of the service it took to discover the full issue faced with it.

I recently purchased a Jaguar XF estate from LCC sales. Service is excellent and staff could not be more helpful. After a month my alternator failed, after speaking to James my can was repaired and returned within 5 hours, that's what you call being efficient. I strongly recommend any person seeking to replace their existing car to call and speak to them first.

I had a fantastic experience with LCC; both James and Neil were absolutely lovely to deal with from start to finish. They were really accomodating for the viewing and test drive, letting me wait until a sunny day (to try a convertible roof) and then told me to go out and try it as much as I wanted. There was no big pitch or pressure in the sale and they even helped me getting the car home. The car is brilliant, in a lovely condition, and I absolutely love it. It was a lovely experience dealing with them and I'd recommend them to anyone.
