Good solid blokes who do a great and reasonably priced job. My only negative would be when they answer the phone. I like a business to announce who they are when I call, not just 'Hello!' Other than that, brilliant. I'd highly recommend them.

Took my wife's VW for 2 year service. Very thorough, picked up a couple of things that should have been done by German Auto care on previous service, but weren't and sorted out lumpy running engine. Spotless workshop at the end of a busy day too. Highly recommended and we'll always use them in future. Great job!

Absolutely brilliant service. Rung on Saturday to see if they could get me a new exhaust as mine fell off and was far gone. They ordered the part Saturday and fitted it on monday and it was all done before christmas eve! Good prices, friendly staff and quality service. Definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience! The guys were just incredible! And so efficient and helpful. I had my car booked in for an MOT Saturday morning. They found fault with a ball joint and rang me within minutes of leaving my car to notify me that it was incredibly dangerous. With it been the weekend they were limited to what they could do as mechanics were not working, but they went above and beyond to source somebody to make the repairs required so that the car would pass the MOT and be safe to drive also. I will be returning for more work to be done on my vehicle & will be telling all my friends and family about the elite service I experienced. Top job guys 🙏🏻

I got my MOT done here because a lady friend of mine went to Halfords and got a quote to repair her lights for £352. She thought she would get a second opinion and so went round to Illingworths. In 5 minutes her lights were working and they charged her........Nothing! Always ask a professional is the answer. She uses them all the time now. So will I.

Did a manufacturer schedule service at a highly competitive price maintaining the vehicle's warranty. Provided a detailed inspection / vehicle health sheet confirming what had been done. I have a lease car which needs servicing in line with the manufacturers specifications. Don't get ripped off by a main dealer or garage chain. I'll use these guys again !

Cannot speak more highly of Dave. Polite and knowledgeable, no question was left unanswered. Did a major service and timing belt replacement on my skoda and the car runs like a dream now. Picked up from my drive and dropped back off in the afternoon. Very professional, I shall be using Dave's services again and I have already recommended to friends and family!

My alternator belt snapped on Wednesday and needed it repairing before Friday; had me booked in for Thursday morning and car back with me a few hours later. Have been looking for a local trustworthy mechanic since moving here, will definitely be using these from now on.

Dave is a top lad, spent over 3 hours on my car stripping it down, nothing seemed too much trouble. Found that the part he'd been sent was wrong, and put the car back together to sort out another day with the correct part when it came. His charge was VERY competitive. Already arranged for the correct part to be fitted. Highly recommended.

I was in an accident on a Sunday afternoon at a roundabout and phoned Tom at TPH autos to come recover my vehicle. He turned up within 15 minutes of me ringing and the whole process of getting my car onto the back of his truck and him leaving was no more than 20 minutes. Tom was very polite and friendly. Tom and his team at tph are amazing! Always go above and beyond, wouldn't go anywhere else! I've never had a bad experience with this garage. I've had to use recovery services a few times and always had brillaint serivce. Ive been offered courtesy cars when mines been fixed. Had my car booked in at a dealership who quoted me nearly £2,500 for work to be carried out before my MOT could be passed. Was told about TPH and how great they are so took my little car there who informed me that some of the work the dealership said needed doing was not necessary. TPH looked over my car and said that nothing was urgent and passed my car’s MOT with some bits that will need to be sorted in the net 6 months. I can’t thank Tom and his team enough for helping me as I was very stressed about the dealership quote. Thank you so much Tom, will be using you in the future for sure 😁
