I went here after watching an episode on YouTubes Rate My Takeaway channel, where Danny the review said the mixed grill sizzler was "probably the best mixed grill he's had in Bradford". I love my mixed grills so just had to try it when in town. So glad I did, it was fantastic and probably the best mixed grill I've had anywhere. The Masala chips and curries were spot on also. We went in a party of 10 and everything from the friendly service, drinks, to timely hot tasty food was excellent and such a great price too. I only wish it was not 150 miles else I would go very week.
Definitely worthy of a 5 ⭐ rating! I didn't get any food, so I am unable to comment about the food that they do, but the atmosphere was great, even if it was a sport I don't like that was on TV 😅. The staff were very friendly and polite, which is always lovely to see. I was able to get the drink I like (Kopparberg Mixed Fruit), which was very tasty, as always. Overall, I highly recommend this place, without a doubt!
Absolutely quality mixed grill, portion size was huge and perfect to share, chicken tikka was tasty and plentiful, big steak cut chips and a tasty chicken kahari.. overall experience was great and friendly waiters, you after go to the bar to order your food, not the best of looking places but food is top quality
I have been ordering takeaways from Lyceum for many years now, but never ate in. My first time dining in, and getting to enjoy a mixed grill sizzling hot, which was spot on as always. The prices are reasonble, friendly staff, portions are big and the Mixed grills are the Best!
What the place lacked in atmosphere, the food made up for it especially the sizzler and garlic naan.
