Super helpful, reliable, friendly and professional. They came to the house within a few hours of calling and sorted our rat problem, they also came back the following week and the week after that to ensure no further issues. Came within hours of calling and put measures in place to eradicate our pest problem. Very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. No hidden costs or upselling of services we didn't need. Simply put, they were fast acting, effective & affordable. Would 100% recommend and use again if needed.

Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

David and Katie came out promptly, identified the rodent issue and put measures in place to resolve, along with weekly visits until we were pest free. Also recommended preventative measures to stop repeat events along with a contact that helped us put those in place saving future hassle and cost. Great local business, effective and lovely, friendly people to boot. Would not hesitate to recommend! A+

We had issues with Rats chewing through the walls and floorboards of our rented property. Wasptec were quick and helpful. Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. Their reports to the council helped clean up our street and provide a safer place to live for us all. 10/10 would recommend for a knowledgeable and polite service. Thank you!😁

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. We have been using Copley Pest Control for a few years now and have had a pleasant experience. They are reliable, and trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. The staff are happy to explain the details of the products they are using, and provide a full report after each visit. Most importantly, we have seen a massive improvement since using this provider.

On contacting this company a lovely gentleman called Andy called later in the day to see what our problem was. He was most thorough and explained everything we needed to know. After doing what was required on a first visit a follow up appointment was agreed. At time of writing, at least we know exactly what the issue is and happy in the knowledge that it is being dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Liam did a great job at removing moths/larvae in my house and giving thorough advice for treatment. He is on time, does a job properly and with care and he even came back to resolve what his colleague didn’t do. So ask for Liam for a job well done. Phill is also great!!!
