Mark was absolutely excellent, attended my property within 24 hours, explained the process and was very reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend using Mark instead of a wider national company that would no doubt charge far more with no added benefit.

He was very friendly, spent time understanding the issue, listening to what we had heard and explained what the causes could be, how he would be able to resolve it and how we can prevent it going forward. Made 4 visit for the price of 3, everything was very reassuring and Mark explained each week what the results of the previous weeks actions were and what we should expect over the next. Excellent service from Mark, he sorted the rat problem in the loft of a house I have just bought. Friendly, punctual & reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The unwelcome 'lodger' was swiftly removed from my loft, and Mark charged a fair price. The added bonus is because he's an animal lover, wherever possible he will ensure that the 'pests' are removed humanely and aren't harmed. The visitor that was in my loft will be released on to moorland away from houses. Thanks once again, delighted with the service.
