My neighbours and I used Handy Humans to advise us initially on the best way to repair or replace our building entryphone system. The initially inspected our system and checked our internal wiring was still effective; provided us with recommendations on new systems which would fit the wiring, then after we purchased our choice, they installed it for us, checking at all times that the system worked in each flat. Throughout the process, we had clear estimates for the work, each member of staff was professional, helpful and friendly, and everything was carried out on time and to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure to work with them.
Had a great experience with Handy Humans. They were professional, friendly and reliable. I approached Handy Humans 18 months ago to look at the work required at my parents flat. There was mould issues in two bedrooms from a previous flood on the flat above.
The work involved hacking off plaster, damp treatment, replastering and skimming one wall. The wallpaper was removed & all walls & ceilings were painted including all the woodwork.
It’s a true sign of a professional job when they remove the radiator to carry out the painting.
They were very understanding and patient with us in getting the work agreed with the council & insurance company.
The work was carried out over two visits to allow us to install new flooring and relocate furniture between rooms. Again Handy Humans were very accommodating with this request.
The work was carried out by a team of professionals who I highly recommend.
I have a very demanding job & the response times via email was very impressive and Vanessa was great to deal with throughout the length process.
