John the electrician arrived within the hour, at 10pm on a Friday night and fixed the issue quickly. He then went on to test all of the sockets and lights around the issue within half an hour and gave us some great advice. We were wowed by the service especially being so last minute. Would recommend and will certainly use again.

I contacted AC Kinetic to move a socket for a wardrobe installation. They were very responsive over email, punctual and the electrician even made the installation more efficient when i thought i needed two visits which saved me time and money. Would recommend.

I recently had a shed office built in my garden and needed a hardwired internet connection as it’s too far from my router. I called on Grovebell who were able to dispatch an electrician who quickly assessed the job and installed an SWA Cat 6 cable to provide consistent network to my outdoor office. Very happy customer. Power tripped and I wasn't able to reset RCD even after disconnecting all appliances. Grovebell were able to send an engineer in the evening who quickly tracked down the fault to a specific ring and then a specific socket. The socket had a melted wire shorting to earth due to a loose connection that had been arcing. With that wire replaced everything was working again within an hour. Well organised professional company. Would use again!

Mike and the team worked hard to remedy electrics wiring which had been left non-compliant and unsafe by another contractor. We appreciated their communication, consideration & attention to detail. Had a major electrical problem with my house alarm. I had amazingly prompt service. In this case it was Ben who was so helpful and experienced. Sorted it well within the hour and even voluntarily got my WiFi, which had nothing to do with the alarm, working again. He’s my hero. And I love the efficiency of the office, email confirming appointment etc..which I think was down to Trish. I can’t wait for my next emergency so that I can call them in again. (Okay, maybe that’s going a bit far…but I love them).

Used Quantum thrice now, for different plumbing and heating issues. Good quality of service and efficient with the use of time. For one of the issues the visit had to be rearranged at short notice due to the engineer becoming unavailable. The issue was not urgent though and given the overall experience I feel that 5 stars is deserved. Kudos to Charlie for the engineering work and to Trish for assisting with navigating through the visit rearrangement.

Called in the morning one day last week as something was triggering the fuse box. Billy was able to attend later in the day, he kept me up to date through the day with his ETA and when he arrived he was really friendly and chatty, found the fault and left us with working electricity. There was a part that needed changing, Billy again kept in contact and arranged to come back on Saturday morning to fit, turned up on time, tidied up after himself and explained everything clearly. Really happy with the service we recieved and felt the costs were reasonable and fair, especially considering a same day emergency appointment. Would definitely book Billy again if we needed any work doing.
