I called Cyril out for an emergency electrical problem late on a Saturday evening. He attended and dealt with the problem efficiently and quickly. He was very polite and explained the issue in detail. The problem could have had serious consequences had it not been dealt with so I’m very grateful Cyril was able to deal with it. Our RCD had tripped in the fuse box. I had been able to isolate it to a particular socket circuit but even removing everything from the sockets it was still failing. I called these guys and they were prompt. Gave a clear quote and came round at the start of the 1 hour timeslot we agreed. Throughout the hour he was there the electrician was clear and efficient in every step, and explained exactly what he was doing and what he was finding. So at the end, when all was resolved, I knew he had found the problem and resolved it thoroughly. Truly excellent service. Will be my go to in future if we have any issues.

The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. Having a working kitchen again will be money well spent so I am well happy, thank you

I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

Very happy customer. Power tripped and I wasn't able to reset RCD even after disconnecting all appliances. Grovebell were able to send an engineer in the evening who quickly tracked down the fault to a specific ring and then a specific socket. The socket had a melted wire shorting to earth due to a loose connection that had been arcing. With that wire replaced everything was working again within an hour. Well organised professional company. Would use again!
