They fixed my smoke alarms and painted my ceiling downstairs where there was damp. While searching London for an electrician I stumbled across Woods Electrical, and I'm glad I did. After been told by a previous company which panel lights to order I needed them install, called Woods Electrical and they came to me very quickly to have a look at thr job. Michael came to the job personally and was friendly and professional. Unfortunately he informed me that the lights advice by previous person wouldn't be suitable for the space due to the voltage reasons, but without accepting that and walking away he recommended the correct light fittings and where to purchase them. The correct lights arrived and Woods Electrical sent Alek, he got to work straight away and made every job look easy and quick. He fitted numerous light fittings, replaced numerous plug faces and even installed few extra power points around my building. I was happy to let him get on with his work safely and left him to do what he needed to do in the time he was there, returning to the job it was clean and tidy with all new fittings completed to the highest spec. We own a popular lunch and dinner service at our Michelin-starred restaurant in London's West End. We had a terrible incident when we lost electricity just before a busy day of clients. Thankfully, one of the Michael Wood Electrical employees responded quickly to our message and was able to come up with a temporary fix that allowed us to continue running. The following morning, they came back and resolved our issue, making sure it wouldn't happen again. MP Eletrcial are the best, Eddie is very knowledgable and helpful, provides excellent customer service. Mr Patel is the don when it comes to fitting and altering lights, they have really good staff throughout their company. I have used them for years and recommend them to anyone who wants any type of light as their prices are very competitive, their light range is huge and they can get you almost anything you want and because they are just generally nice people to do business with and care about a customers needs which is a rare find nowadays.

I was looking for a nice chandelier for my changing room for over 2 weeks, i searched everywhere form Amazon to Mayfair.com but couldn't find what i was looking for, Little that i knew there is a gem closer to home Mr Eddie of M.P.Electrical. Was looking to change my light switch to dimmers but had to be a bespoke setup as 1 light does not accept dimmer. The staff was great and helped me understand what I needed and helped me to get it sorted. Recommend!

I had a 5 star experience with this company. I split my property into two and needed my electrics split so my properties could have their own electric supplies. Muhammad and his team were very professional and did an absolutely perfect job. Muhammad was also very helpful after completing the job, he went out of his way to speak to my electricity provider to help me get connected. I can’t recommend this company enough. We spent a month with no bathroom lights waiting for our estate agent who said they’d resolve the issue. We decided to find someone ourselves and contacted Aziz who fixed it in a day. Great service, fast and clearly very experienced.

Aziz was the most experienced technician who visited my house to give me a quote to replace the fuse box and install an RCBO unit along with a cooker switch. He was the only one who noticed my house did not have water or gas electric bonding and explained the risks of not having that. While the job ended being a little bigger than the other quotes, it seemed to me other electricians were offering a lower service job and not really taking into account the whole electric system of the house, given that the works involved something so central as the fuse box . Aziz was also the only one to offered an electric certificate for the house, having tested it throughout. As for the price, his quote was around the same price as the other electricians that visited the house.

From my first interaction, Lloyd and his team have been responsive and helpful. They were able to take on my job of replacing a kitchen strip light really quickly and offered a competitive rate for the repair. They explained exactly what the problem was and completed the repair professionally and effectively. I was kept up to date at all times. I would def recommend and use again. Good job guys!

Lloyd is probably the most professional, empathetic and thorough tradesman I have ever dealt with. His work and that of his team is consistently first class (I have used the company of a few occasions), his availability is extremely reasonable and he is always available to talk to on the phone. In addition, when my tenants had no power, he was on the phone sending videos and instructions to them at midnight and they were able to fix the problem in 10 minutes. I needed an electrical timer on an immersion heater uograded, and a switch elsewhere replaced. I was on a tight deadline and they went out of their way to help me get it resolved in time. Communication was great from start to finish, Alfred who came to complete the work was very friendly, polite and helpful. Amazing service, absolutely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Things we normally wouldn't say about many traders in London, but Mizan has been brilliant. Embarrassingly, I managed to short out our entire mains during a DIY project that went wrong. On a public holiday. Late in the afternoon. Yeah, I wasn't proud of myself, thankfully the wife was out. But called up Ideal and Mizan was professional and sympathetic, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and explained to me what went wrong. As part of a safety test he also discovered some deeper faults in some other electrical work that I'd hired some cowboys to fix in my kid's recently renovated bedroom. Again, he diagnosed, patiently explained and fixed the problem with a professionalism that is rare these days. Above and beyond the call of duty as it was getting late. And he fixed it all before the wife returned so I could pretend things weren't as bad as they actually were! I'd call Ideal again in a flash for my electrical needs, I was super impressed!

I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. Having a working kitchen again will be money well spent so I am well happy, thank you
