Clear and fast communication from the beginning, all confirmed by text (this is rare in itself and saves lots of time, compared to others). We asked W5 Electrical to replace one of our security lights which had stopped working. W5 Electrical's team (Will and Jack) carried out the work promptly and efficiently. They were polite and helpful, and explained exactly what they were going to do. They made no mess and took away the old light and the packaging for the new light. I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

The electrician came early a few hours after I called - Cyril was very professional but also friendly and sorted out the problem quickly. Cost was reasonable particularly given it was an emergency call out. Highly recommended

The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. Having a working kitchen again will be money well spent so I am well happy, thank you

Bodgan is an all-star electrician. You can tell electricity is second nature to him. He figured out a wicked problem that was happening to many of our lights. It wasn't easy and tested our patience, however, Bodgan was cool, calm, and collected and figured out the issue with precision and care - a lost neutral. I must also add, we had a number of laughs while he was here. A great electrician and a wonderful person.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from start to finish. Faultless. I called up with what I feared would be a difficult job given the light I wanted installed weighed 2 stone, but the appointment was made for the following day and the team dealt with the installation efficiently and in a friendly manner. Communication was fantastic and even the payment portal was super easy to use. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend (and I’m not easily impressed!) This was truly fantastic service.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received from a builder/electrician. Omid has been professional and has given excellent and sincere advice for all of our home renovation requirements, which actually goes beyond electrics and includes other renovations as well. His work is excellent, timely and clean. Will definitely be using again, 😃 FYI, no job was too small & my work included (not all at the same time but in intervals); Wallpaper removal, full skim and paint. New architrave, skirting and door installation, New fuse box and fixing internal wiring (fully certified), Extra sockets including one in the center of the wall for wall mounting tv, Replacing bath radiator and valves, all other handyman tasks suck as curtain pole installation etc. Work was exquisite, will use again :-)

London can be a difficult place to find reliable and friendly tradesmen, which is why I’m very happy I found Wolff who did the rewiring of my flat & light installations. He takes his time to explain everything simply so you understand, and ensures you have all the information you need before making a decision. He is quick to respond, very approachable, knowledgable and brilliant at diagnostics. I’m very happy with the rewiring & light installations he did, and will definitely use him long term.
