I can’t recommend Chas Keller from Tentacle Electrics highly enough! We had an emergency situation with sparking wires in our electrical room, and despite there being a crucial England match on, Chas dropped everything, got in an Uber, and arrived at our house within half an hour. His prompt response and professionalism were outstanding. Not only did he assess the situation with expertise, but he also immediately connected us with the right specialists to ensure the issue was resolved safely. Tentacle Electrical came out within 15 minutes when I couldn’t reset my RCD on a Friday afternoon. Chas identified the fault which was fortunately something that could be isolated. He recommended a new consumer unit as mine was over 30 years old. He returned to fit that last week and carry out some remedial work. He was friendly, turned up when he said he would and carried out the work efficiently and left everything neat and tidy. Would recommend and definitely use for any future electrical work.

I can’t thank Byron and the SES Electrical Contractors team enough! After waking up to no electricity in the house, I spent hours calling other electricians but couldn’t find anyone available. Bodgan is an all-star electrician. You can tell electricity is second nature to him. He figured out a wicked problem that was happening to many of our lights. It wasn't easy and tested our patience, however, Bodgan was cool, calm, and collected and figured out the issue with precision and care - a lost neutral. I must also add, we had a number of laughs while he was here. A great electrician and a wonderful person.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received from a builder/electrician. Omid has been professional and has given excellent and sincere advice for all of our home renovation requirements, which actually goes beyond electrics and includes other renovations as well. His work is excellent, timely and clean. Will definitely be using again, 😃 FYI, no job was too small & my work included (not all at the same time but in intervals); Wallpaper removal, full skim and paint.
